House was very clean and overall well taken care of. Community it was in was lovely and in a wooded neighborhood which we enjoyed. The living room furniture felt a bit tired and bed pillows were quite tired and flat. There was also a roach in the kitchen which I understand happens in Florida but was unnerving nonetheless.

The home is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is gorgeous with high end appliances and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is small, quiet and gated so we felt very safe. But one downside was that we arrived after dark and had a few moments of anxiety after a long drive trying to find the right house in the dark! The bunk room upstairs is very cool. Our granddaughter loved staying up there. She especially loved the beanbag chair and having her own TV! Our host was super responsive to the few questions we had. I would hear back from her within minutes! We had a chirping smoke detector at one point and our host had the maintenance guy there within 10 minutes! Overall a great stay!

Very easy check in, clean, and great communication! There was a bear in neighborhood that we weren’t expecting(we didn’t know bears lived near by) so walking around with kids was a bit nerve wrecking. But the bear never bothered us. Overall great house!

Best short beach trip we have ever had. Management company was extremely responsive and even worked with us to change our reservation based on severe weather. House was beautiful, in an amazing location, and the low speed vehicle was clutch. We will absolutely be renting again!

The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to be super quiet and relaxing but close enough you can be in the mix in minutes. The golf cart and bikes were a huge plus. The golf cart did shut off on us a few times which was out of their control but they sent someone out to look at it when we let them know. I would definitely recommend this house for a group. We had 9 people and it was perfect!
