Step into this cozy beach cottage tucked beneath the trees—your laid-back retreat just steps from the sand. The open living space is comfy and relaxed, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day at the beach. You’ll find updated furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of indoor and outdoor nooks to sip coffee, kick back with a book, or toast to a 30A sunset. Back outside is where this vacation home really shines: enjoy a large private pool and a brand-new poolside outdoor bar—perfect for afternoon refreshments, pool-day snacks, and evening cocktails. Four adult bikes are provided for exploring the scenic trails and coastal dune lakes nearby, and the pet-friendly policy means your four-legged family members are welcome too. There is a 2 dog max and a weight limit of 35lbs. Each dog is a $300 pet fee with an $100 additional cleaning fee.
