Amazing villa. Everything was as described. Clean and comfortable It’s in a lovely quiet area but still close to the shops and restaurants. WiFi and all amenities were great Communication with Kimberley was amazing throughout my stayWould highly recommend this accommodation

Just back from staying a month in the villa my grandson was always in the big pool wasn't expecting it to be that big location was perfect and the villa lovely.Kimberly was such a lovely lady we actually met her she bought a water gun and chocolate for my grandson will definitely be returning she is the best host goes out of her way to please her guests. The villa has everything you need just like being at home missing it already

In general a really nice villa, we had a good time indeed. Kimberley is very friendly and helpful, the Check-In and the infos before were perfect. The location of the Villa is more than good, within a 10-15 min walk you can reach the nearest beach and the lively quarters of Protaras and Pernera as well. It's in a quiter area, but you can hear the traffic from the through street a little. We liked the clean pool, the quite comfortable beds, the pressure and hot water of the showers and the always good working wlan.Just ours, but the kitchen could be a little cleaner and a little better equipped. The bathrooms aren't top modern anymore but still perfectly fine. In summary, we can definitely recommend the villa for a holiday. Thank You Kimberley, also for the filled up fridge for the welcome.

We had a great stay. Kimberley was the most wonderful host who couldn't do enough for us, even offering to drop off some paracetamol when I mentioned I had a cold. She also organised our airport taxi (highly recommended) and did a little shop for us for when we got there. With regards the villa, I loved the location. Only a short walk to beach, shops and pubs. The villa was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the air con worked wonderfully and there was plenty of space. The shower pressure in the main bathroom was so good! The TV was good too. We didn't use the pool as much as we would have liked because it was cold but such is to be expected this time of year, and it's the same everywhere. We did have some nice swims in the sea which was comfortably warm. I highly recommend this area and this villa was very reasonably priced. Thanks to Kimberley for a wonderful stay. She really goes the extra mile.

Property was so nice and nothing was to much trouble for kim the host , very kindly gave us lifts to places too ? She always checks to make sure you are enjoying the villa , if you had a problem she would sort it immediately , never had problem with villa but she has hand drawn maps the lot to help you get around , perfect place for a busy or do nothing relaxing holiday , book this villa you won't be sorry xx

Perfect villa and location

Villa was lovely. Well equipped. Quite central but being of a certain age we hired a car and went visiting lots of different places. Loved Trinity Beach. Not commercialised and had a lovely taverna for lunch. Even went for a trip to Northern Cyprus which has a different feel but also lovely. Kimberley was very helpful and responds very quickly to any requests.

Protarus villa

Good location,villa was clean and Kim made sure everything went smoothly including transfers from Larnaca.We had a great time with 2 teenagers plenty to do in Protarus and the beeches all within walking distance are fantastic.Thanks for helping to make it a wonderful holiday Kim

Lovely villa inside and pool was v nice. Walking distance to beach, Protaras and Pernera. Complex still under development therefore building site noise from 7-4 Monday-Friday was a bit unfortunate. No fault of owner.

Kimberley’s mansion

We had such a lovely holiday , the villa & pool were excellent, the adjacent properties were very quiet and welcoming people too. We got into a routine of walking to the beach via Blue Spice for a lovely breakfast and then to Polyxenia beach just another 100yards. The local bus service is excellent 2euros a trip , when into Aya Napa a couple of times , so easy. Kimberly was very informative and although we never met her she comes across as a lovely person ,easy to deal with, good a her job . Many thanks for an excellent stay.

Much needed family time in the sun

Fabulous communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, really appreciated the option to do a small shop for us as we arrived very late at night. Lovely villa and in line with what we expected, so a true reflection of what was advertised. We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely book again without hesitation. ❤️

The directions to the villa were easy to follow and the accommodations was good. Unfortunately Cyprus was in the nMidst of a heatwave, and one of the air conditioning units wasn’t working, however Kimberley was great at getting this sorted. The pool was lovely and the covered area a god send. The area was nice and near a main road which was great for getting around. The information left by the owner as informative and useful. Nice touches like pool floats and cool bag and ice packs were also good.

Amazing!!!!

Our stay at the villa was superb, we were so sad to leave. The villa is equipped with everything you need, extremely spacious, decorated beautifully and of course our own pool, heaven!!! Kimberley was fantastic - she was so attentive, gave us loads of information about the area and if we had any questions we could always contact her directly and she answered immediately, always with a smile in her voice!!! The location of the villa was great, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants - if we wanted to travel further the buses were extremely reliable and cheap. We would definitely recommend this fabulous villa and would love to return next year!!! Thank you Kimberley so much for our stay at your villa and a brilliant holiday in beautiful Cyprus 😊😊

5 * luxury stay - affordable for families

Incredibly beautiful time in Protaras. The villa is spaciously furnished and has everything your heart could desire. The private pool saved us during the hot days, and our children played in it for hours.The villa is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Those looking for nightlife can reach it within minutes. Those wanting to explore the various beaches and bays can easily do so from the villa (having your own car is an advantage). However, there are also public buses within walking distance.Kimberley really went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly and generous. We can wholeheartedly recommend her as a host and her accommodation without any reservations.

Fantastic Villa Holiday

We had a totally relaxing holiday, just what we needed. Kimberley was so helpful throughout our enquiries, booking process, pre-arrival, and also during our stay. With extra thoughtful touches, such as the provision of pool / beach towels and a food pack with some staples upon arrival, including a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! The many outside areas to choose from around the villa ensured we could seek sun or shade at any time of the day. We found the location excellent - on the outskirts of Penera, we had the choice of bars and restaurants in Penera, or we could head towards Protaras and the numerous venues around and along the strip. Whilst not everything was open, as we went at the very beginning of the season, there was more than enough to choose from, even during the first two weeks in April. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa.

Fabulous holiday at Sommer- Villa

We have just returned from our best holiday ever! Sommer- Villa was a real home from home with the added bonus of our own pool! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need, comfortable beds, washing machine, a dvd player to listen to by the pool, PS2 and the much appreciated air con! It is located in a lovely quiet area and just a 10 minute walk to Protaras which has all the holiday requirements! Pernera is more low key and is also a short walk away and it has pubs, restaurants, gift shops and a nice beach. It was great to be able to come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone and without being disturbed ourselves which happens in a hotel. We could even have a lovely siesta!! This was our first villa holiday and it's definitely not our last, we are booking again for next year. We highly recommend Sommer- Villa!!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Protaras Beach Villa.The location is perfect, on a lovely quiet complex but within easy walking distance to both Protaras Strip and Pernera, where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, tavernas etc.The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. Although we didn’t cook and chose to eat out at the many restaurants but if self-catering, everything required was available.The outside area has a larger than expected pool (which was great fun, although chilly but this was expected due to the time of year) and 3 seating areas, one of which was upstairs, providing the late afternoon sun.Kimberley has been so helpful throughout the whole booking process, provides a very informative folder within the villa, sent recommendations for restaurants/bars/acts to watch and also provided a lovely welcome pack due to a late arrival, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch.We will definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend to others too.Thank you, Kimberley, for everything.

Nice villa, great location

Stayed in July 2023, 4 adults. The size of the villa was adequate and the pool was good. Kitchen is relatively small on space which could be a challenge if you're planning on cooking a lot but the appliances were all up to date and a really good sized fridge for drinks and food. The barbecue was good and well used during our stay. There are things in the villa that could do with modernising but overall it was a good base. The location is great with Pernera a walk away and Protoras a short and cheap bus ride. Bus fare is 2.50 euros per person and coming home from Protoras the taxi was only 10 Euros so we would get a bus in and a taxi home. Kimberley was really helpful with information beforehand and very responsive to messages when we were there. I would stay again if looking for a two bed villa as it was everything we needed for our party for the two weeks.

Seamless process, great value for money!

This was our first time in Cyprus and our host Kimberley made everything so straightforward and we felt relaxed before we even got there. Her attention to detail in directions, instructions and getting around was second to none. She communicated regularly via WhatsApp and even gave recommendations of things to do. The villa is in a quiet development but around 15 minutes walk to the start of bars and resturants and we did pitstops on the way to the strip. The terraine is mostly flat and I managed to walk to and through the strip despite some knee trouble. We had a hire car that helped us see the island but bus routes appeared simple and frequent.The villa was comfortable with everything required for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of outside space with different areas with sun and shade through the day but the sun hits hard and is present all day which was great but shady areas and the pool were my saviour. The pool is large and not overly deep. The deepest end allowed my 5 foot 8 frame still touch the bottom.We got a late checkout for a small charge and it was a saviour. The beds were comfortable, the shower grand and there was plenty of towels etc. There is air con in living area and bedrooms which was very much required. I give this host, property and location 5 * and cannot wait yo return.

La villa était très agréable, pas loin de la plage, le quartier est très tranquille et les voisins sont des gens très sympathique.Kimberley est très attentives du bien être de ses voyageurs.Bonne expérience, car cette région est magnifique.

I must say me and the wife had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa .Firsty i must say , the communication with host Kimberley was absolutely top notch , She made everything so easy , such as sent maps to locate property , getting a few supplies in and ready so we could instantly relax on arrival .Any issues during the stay she was contactable and she even sorted out best places to visit and gave as a list of the acts currently performing at the local bars , nothing was too much for her .As for the villa its in a lovely location , very near Paralimini, protarus & Penera , 2 lovely bars , the Malmia and typsy turtle are just 10 minutes walk away , the complex the villa is on is a cul-de-sac , so no traffic to worry about or noise , very peacful , apart from the noisy ice cream man , who shows up every day for a quick visit, lovely lemon ice ,well recommended ! As for the Villa its a fair size ,sleeping 4 with a pull out bed in the lounge , could squeeze in 6 at a push , especially with the 3 lovely bathrooms , nice shower plenty of pressure, bath with additional shower , and downstairs toilet .Kitchen fully equipped everything you need , nice tv in lounge , and of course pool outside complete with 4 loungers .Upstairs you have access to outdoor balconies all with table and chairs .Overall villa is highly recommended me and my wife had a lovely relaxing 2 weeks .Thanks to Kimberley our brillant host , we will be returning soon for sure .
