In the kitchen, enjoy a brand new oversized sink with an updated black stainless steel faucet. Plenty of room to sit. Use the barrel table, countertop bar, and console table so everyone has a place to eat. Equipped for the family, use the 2 high chairs and plastic dining sets provided to take care of your little ones. When you're all finished, store them back in the laundry closet so they're out of your way! Last but definitely not least, the Keurig coffee station, equipped with an assortment of coffee and ciders to enjoy. In the morning, you'll want to take your coffee out back and watch the mist off Douglas lake as you enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the screened in porch.

BEDROOMS:

- Bedroom 1 (first floor): Queen with ensuite shared bathroom

The 2 main bedrooms are right down the hallway off the great room. Decorated with the vibrant colors of the smokey mountains. We have left space on each side of the bed frame to fit a pack-n-play in each bedroom, just in case you have little ones that need to sleep with you. Each room has black out curtains to keep it dark regardless of your sleep routine. All mattresses are high end hybrid mattresses, comfortable no matter what your mattress preference is. Don't forget to grab the retro style blue tooth radio/alarm clock from the Master Bedroom. Take it outside and enjoy your favorite music while relaxing by the hot tub!

BATHROOMS:

Enjoy 2 bath robes in each room, perfect after your warm bath/shower or visit to the hot tub. Our bathrooms are equipped with complimentary Beekman's Goat Milk based hygiene products. Great for your skin and preventing any sensitivities you might have to generic hygiene products. The Hillside Haven is also has a water filtration system, helping you feel even more refreshed. Each bathroom is newly renovated with granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances to enhance your luxury getaway experience!

LOFT:

Upstairs you will find the loft with 2 bunk beds with full sized mattresses on the bottom and twins on the top. Equipped with Beddy's (depending on linen rotation) to make evenings and mornings a breeze. We keep a few Tennessee and Smokey Mountain-themed kids books in the loft to enjoy at bedtime. A brand-new minisplit air cooling system will keep this space nice and cool! In addition, there is a fan to keep the air moving throughout the space. A moderate-tint film has also been applied to the window in the loft to help keep it cool and reduce the light in the morning so you can have the energy you need to see the sights of the Smokies!

At the end of the day, gather with loved ones for a movie or board games upstairs. The smart TV has all of your favorite streaming apps. Connected with fiberoptic Wifi, it is lightning quick! There is also a classic Nintendo gaming system to take you back in time with games like super Mario Bros, Pac-man, Zelda, Mario Kart and more! Pre-loaded with 30+ classic games.

OUTDOORS:

You'll be spending as much time as you can on the huge wrap-around deck, enjoying every moment of the lake and mountain views! Revel in the peace and freedom of open spaces. Between the dining table, sofa & chairs, and porch swing; everyone has a spot to sit and enjoy the view. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee from the Keurig or evening S'more with the Solostove (don't forget your own kindling).

Play some games! We have provided wall-mounted hook and ring, life size Connect 4, corn hole, Jenga, and bananagrams! You can spend countless hours there. Best of all, it is screened in, keeping you clear of mother nature's little pesty friends. When it gets cool, we have a propane patio heater to use or you can just jump in the hot tub and let the party continue! Use the cooler to fill with ice and grab a drink. Cook some steaks or kababs on the grill overlooking the lake. If you didn't already love grilling, you will when you're at the Hillside Haven!

When it gets a bit warmer, head down to the community pool, playground, and boat dock. Store your boat free of charge, just message us ahead of time for instructions on a parking pass. We provide 4 fishing poles with a basic tackle box. Go see what you can catch with renowned fishing at Douglas Lake! The lake is just a few minute walk down the hill and a 1 minute drive.
