The ideal retreat for those seeking a peaceful and luxurious coastal getaway and family fun!

The Space:
Location, Location, Location!
This home is situated in a perfect location on a quiet street. Easy bike ride or walk to the Ritz-Carlton, Turtle Club, Gumbo Limbo, Buzz’s Lighthouse, & multiple access points to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. If you prefer, there is easy boating access through Wiggins Pass to all the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. A variety of restaurants, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Publix food markets are nearby, about one mile away. The Mercato shopping & entertainment plaza is just up the street as well, also approximately 1 mile away. Over 100 local golf courses are available. The Naples Zoo, multiple community parks, Florida Sports Park, & Hertz Arena are also nearby. The Fort Myers airport is approximately a 25 min drive, & it’s approximately 15 min drive to historic downtown Naples.
