Overall, we had a good stay. The house was clean, nicely updated, and had everything we needed. The only downside was that the beds were quite hard and not the most comfortable. We also felt that the surrounding area was a little sketchy. That said, the house itself was nice and well maintained, and we appreciated the updates.

This house was a good size and mostly clean. The host/management company were responsive BUT never really clear who you were communicating with. Many messages contradicted each other!!The hot tub was not ready for us to use the first night, a rodent/snake in a trap in the garage, the yard was not well kept which made it hard for kids to play there.I won’t reserve anything that has a management company to deal with (HomeHop was this one)!!!!

The property was spacious and had nice amenities. We did not use the hot tub but visited for its proximity to Cuyahoga National Park. The house itself had all we needed, my only comment would be that it could have been vacuumed and we found garbage wrappers on the floor and in the cupboards. I don’t think it cleaned between visits as we had to clean the chairs and tables of crumbs.

Wonderful stay

This house worked great for me and my family (me, my wife and 2 teens). Plenty of room and plenty of fun things to do. The game room had much to offer and the hot tub was wonderful. We cooked a couple of times and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fast and accurate. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. The layout of the home worked really well for our group. Having four bedrooms and two full baths gave everyone plenty of space. The tri-level design was especially nice, with two separate family rooms on the same floor, divided by the kitchen, making it easy for both kids and adults to spread out and relax. The kitchen was the most well-stocked we have experienced in any VRBO. It had everything we needed and more, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The lower-level bedroom off the garage was a great added bonus, and we appreciated having access to the laundry facilities during our stay. The hot tub was a huge hit with both the grandchildren and the adults. It was definitely one of our favorite features. We also loved the location. Spending time at Cuyahoga Valley National Park was a highlight, especially the waterfalls and the Ledges, which were a great introduction to hiking for the kids. On a rainy day, the kids had a blast at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would not hesitate to return.
Coffee table was a perfect spot for our puzzle!

Clean Spacious Home

This house is very clean, tidy, and well equipped. We had everything we needed including an unlimited stack of towels/washcloths, kitchen items, blankets, toilet paper, etc. Very thoughtfully appointed and updated. We loved the huge sectional couch in the living room and the additional lounging area in the den at the back of the house provided room for people to spread out. The yard was nice and our dogs enjoyed the space. Communication with the owner was very easy and questions were quickly answered. Our group of 7 stayed here to hike at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There were many restaurants/stores within a short drive. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was everything we needed. Spacious and clean. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard and game room more but just didn’t have the time. Our dog now thinks we need a fenced in backyard though - lol. Our host, Dan, was super. He answered any questions we had almost immediately (even the crazy ones).Would definitely recommend.
