Enjoyed our stay

Everything was like in the picture beautiful home the drive up to house is a little steep but other than that enjoyed our stay from the jacuzzi to the pool table .. Great Time !!!

Nice place to stay.

The Hotub was amazing beds are comfortable. Property was very clean when we had arrived, perfect for a little weekend getaway.

Has a wonderful view of the Mountainside! Only bad thing I have to say is direction are little hard to follow when you get closer to the house!

Long weekend get away

The cabin was just as described. Very clean and had a view of the mountains from the porch. Check in was at 4pm however after contacting the host at 4 to get the code we didn’t receive it till 5pm. I would recommend that the host add a couple of extra pillows to the beds and a blanket in the living area to cozy the place up. In our opinion the cabin was close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The only downfall is communication with host. Hopefully after more rental that will get better.

Unreasonable host and poor communication-Avoid!

We had an awful experience with this rental. Due to a hurricane and our homes flooding, we were forced to cancel our trip, and despite the dangerous situation, the host refused to offer any refund or even partial credit. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. We reached out multiple times for updates and assistance, but responses were slow and unhelpful. A complete lack of empathy or understanding, especially considering the circumstances. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with unresponsive management in an emergency. Because he refused to refund, we went to this rental, despite our personal tragedy, check in was 4pm, however we didn't get check in instructions or acres until after 430pm. It was extremely challenging to reach this host. I would not support a person like this.

Left out in the cold

We booked the cabin and were charged. When we arrived in town we waited until check in time. We never received check in information. We reached out and were then told the cabin needed cleaning and we would have to wait 2 hours. Then we were told the cabin had been double booked on another site and they didnt have anything for us. I felt lured out of town under a false listing and charged and taken advantage of...herenotnoyontold

Not Ready for Guests

This property has so much potential, but falls short of being ready for guests. The check-in process was tough as I had to reach out to the owner less than two hours before check-in to find out how to check-in or if there was a door code etc. We got a message back saying the house was still being cleaned and they would send me the door code after. We arrived in the dark and the house was hard to find as there was no house number by the road or on the house. Knew it was the house when the door code worked. As we checked the house out we started noticing that it seemed like they were still doing some remodeling and were not done yet. One of the bathrooms was missing the electrical plate at the sink and was partially hanging out of the wall. Going back through the listing photos you can see that the plate is missing in the picture as well. Having two young kids with us, this became a big deal. I also noticed that other electrical items in the house were not up to code. A door handle to the outside was falling apart and strike plates were not installed on almost all of the exterior doors. The lighting was terrible inside and out. If a fixture had four light bulbs, only two worked. After being told they were cleaning the house was still very dirty. This place has so much potential and you can see where they have been making upgrades like in the bathrooms. It is just not ready for guests as seen by the unfinished ext paint job. I currently do not recommend, but would once finished
