KCB Velkommen til Paradise !!

Kom ned til vores lille stykke af paradis! Vores Condo er beliggende i smukke Key Colony Beach, Florida. Sea Isle Condominiums har tropiske haver og velplejede græsplæner. Svøm på vores private sandstrand, den opvarmede swimmingpool eller bare lounge under en palme. Gå en tur på stranden og samle smukke muslingeskaller eller snorkle i det krystalklare blå vand i Atlanterhavet. Vi har også shuffle board og hestesko. Charter fiskeri og fest både, ligesom Marathon Lady, kan tage dig off-shore eller reef fiskeri for at fange alle slags tropiske fisk. Kom tilbage til lejligheden til tiki hut og gas grill til BBQ din fangst af dagen med udsigt over den smukke uberørte vand og hvid sandstrand eller slappe af og tage din fangst til en lokal restaurant, og lad dem gøre madlavningen.

Vores nyligt opdaterede Condo omfatter to soveværelser og to badeværelser. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med rustfrit stål apparater og granit bordplader. Flisegulve findes i alle værelser. Begge soveværelser har kingsize senge og der er en balkon med havudsigt off soveværelse til at nyde din morgen kaffe eller bruge WiFi til at læse dine e-mails. Stuen er et fantastisk sted at slappe af efter en lang doven dag på stranden eller touring tasterne.

Kom nyde alt det, som Middle Keys har at byde på! The Dolphin Research Center, The Turtle Hospital, Seven Mile Bridge og Pigeon Key er alle kun få minutter væk. Planlæg en dag tur til Key West, Bahia Honda State Park eller John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, alt i Keys er blot en kort 45 minutters kørsel væk!

Vaskeri faciliteter er til rådighed. Desværre ingen kæledyr, trailere, eller både.

Really great location! Was worried about the smaller pool since we were there at Spring Break but was barely anyone using it daily. Beautiful private beach. Tons of lounge chairs available all week. Right next to great Sunset Park with fun nightly sunset activity. Near tons of food and activity options. Unit had everything we needed including an ice maker in the freezer - that is key so you don’t have to buy ice. My teenage son appreciated king beds in both bedrooms but this might not work for a family with more than one child unless they can sleep in the same bed. Close to a Publix and Winn Dixie. My son loved the surf rider at Surf City near the Publix. I loved the Turtle Hospital! We even got to see a turtle released! Tons to do! Definitely go to the Reef for snorkling and the sand bar. Can book a trip from a dock near Sparkeys Landing about 5 minutes away. Easy drive / day trip to Key West. Awesome star watching due to lack of light pollution! VERY minor suggestions. 1- Better towels. All of them (even beach towels) were thin and worn. 2- More hooks, etc. to dry beach / pool wear and towels. We found a drying rack in the closet for the beach towels but could easily take out some decor in bathrooms and hang extra drying hooks. There were three of us hanging wet suits on doorknobs! Overall a great location, easy booking, and nice unit!

Great condo at a very good location

The condo was very clean. The pool and beach area were great and the overall location made it very easy to go anywhere in the keys we wanted. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the keys.

Very nice vacation

The property we had the prevlidge to stay at was great it was clean and roomy and also quiet no loud music, (thank you!) It was very relaxing it was well needed, the beach was perfect! Thank you again for allowing us to stay there.

A Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. So nice to have a full kitchen, nice living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plus the condo has a nice shared pool and great beach area. Overall location was terrific!

Fun in the sun!

This condo is located near shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool daily and also went to the beach area daily. The condo had a well stocked kitchen, linens, and bathroom necessities. We appreciated having plenty of beach towels available for our use. We needed to contact the owners on two occasions and they were very helpful and responded quickly.

Great condo in a fabulous location

This was our third visit to the Keys and without doubt this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed in. It is so well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, the private beach and gardens just lovely. We would really recommend this accommodation and if we're lucky enough to get to the Keys again we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Beautiful vacation spot for couples. Sunset walks on the beach and moonlit setting on the bay. So relaxing listening to the ocean laying on a lounge chair, could sleep out there all night. The Condo was perfect in every way. The comfort of home away from home.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We spent a week here in August for an end of summer family vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and clean. Marathon is such a great location, we were within 90 minutes of Key West and less than an hour to Islamorada. We were lucky enough to be able to watch the Turtle Hospital release a rehabilitated loggerhead turtle from Sombreo Beach. This was the first time that my daughters had been to the Keys and they loved it. We will definately return.

A week in paradise

Excellent! We had such a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, very quiet, and the views were very beautiful. We will definitely be back. But next time I will bring the kids. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Definitely 5 stars all the way through. Thank you!

Clean, Modern and Well-Stocked!

The unit was modern, very clean and very well stocked with everything anyone could need. From the kitchen equipment to the linens and bath and beach towels to the beach chairs, cooler and fishing tackle, this unit had EVERYTHING! The private beach was just right with the brand new beach loungers and gas grilles. The common areas and grounds were in immaculate shape. We highly recommend this unit at Sea Isles in KCB. We'll definately be back!

A key to a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time on Key Colony Beach at Sea Isles Condominiums! The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home, except of course that we also had a relaxing view of the beach from the balcony off of the master bedroom. The view definitely off-set the drawback of the climb up three flights of stairs to get to the unit:) The condominium was very quiet and classy but still kid-friendly with private beach access and a pool. Key Colony Beach is also pedestrian and bike friendly with a nice playground. There are also some nice little shops and eateries on the beach, along with a nice restaurant, as well. We will definitely be staying on Key Colony Beach again and hope to be able to stay specifically at Sea Isles Condominium! I doubt you could find a better deal on Key Colony Beach!

Great Condo, great location in the Florida Keys

Condo is as described. Clean, great location in the middle keys, easy drive to all kinds of activities. Daughters loved the pool. Just some info about the Florida Keys in general, not knocking the condo whatsoever…the keys have great boating, fishing and snorkeling. However, not a really good beach destination, We did not enjoy sitting on the beach at all…the smell is horrendous! Lots of sea grass washes up on shore constantly and it bakes in the hot sun and the smell is like rotting eggs. Not sure if it is this bad all year long or just seasonally. Just wanted to give a heads up. Thanks for a great stay and would recommend the condo.

Could be better

We enjoyed many things about this property, The location, beach were beautiful! We made use of many things within the condo, noodles, beach chairs, cooler were great. A little disappointed they was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap. When asked we did receive them but should have been there already. The laundry room smells like a sewer and I would not use it. We chose to go to a laundry mat instead. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with spices for cooking. Only other frustrating, thing is that the garbage men come every day at 7am. No chance of sleeping in.

We first traveled to Key Colony Beach five years ago for my son's spring break. We arrived at night and the first person we met at the condo said, 'Welcome to paradise!' Boy was he right. It was so beautiful and we fell in love with Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys right away! We knew we wanted a piece of paradise!

When we saw the condo we knew right away that this was the place for us! The condo is beautiful, new kitchen, tile foors and a view from the patio. We love the beach, the water, the palm trees and the beautiful landscaping!
