Our thoughtfully prepared two-bedroom condo offers a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy the simple pleasures of island life. Located on the first floor with no stairs, the condo provides easy access to both the private sandy beach and the heated pool.

At Salt & Sun, we believe some of the best vacation moments are often the simplest. A quiet morning coffee before the island wakes up. A leisurely walk along the shoreline. An afternoon spent reading by the pool or gathering around the table after a day of exploring the Keys.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds, making the space well suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Two full bathrooms and comfortable living spaces provide room to relax without feeling rushed.

Key Colony Beach is loved for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. While the community feels tucked away from the crowds, you're only minutes from local restaurants, fishing charters, waterfront dining, shopping, and many of the adventures that make the Florida Keys such a special destination.

Whether you're planning a week of beach days, exploring nearby Marathon, or simply looking for a place to slow down and reconnect, we hope Salt & Sun feels like your home away from home.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice but the real beauty is the beach area. The hosts were quick to respond and friendly. The unit was clean and well equipped. There is a coin operated laundry on site if needed. We will definitely return.

Exceptional guest. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, they treated the home with care, and left it in pristine condition. Hosting them was seamless. I’d welcome them back anytime. Highly recommend to other hosts.

Michael is a fabulous host. His communication is excellent and prompt. He provided us with a lot of information that helped make our vacation even better. The unit is very clean and comfortable.

We had the most wonderful time in Marathon! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning and be steps from the sound of the waves. At night, it was a short walk to Sunset Park to catch the picture perfect sunsets. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided so much helpful information on the island. We are already planning dates for next years trip!

Great place

The condo is great, clean and well equipped. The complex is well maintained. The beach is small but nice. The kids loved the calm water, and the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The location is perfect, the beach was beautiful but also enjoyed time in the pool. The neighborhood is great for walking. Look forward to staying there again!
