We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the grounds. Very private and serene. Away from bustle of the city but just 25 minute taxi ride away so easily accessible to and from city. The villa was beautiful, spacious and gave an old world charm. Our host Ronit, was the best. She helped with sights to see, restaurants to go and even helped us hire a chef that was spectacular!! My family already talking about going back! Thank you Ronit for a beautiful and memorable vacation!!!

We truly enjoyed staying at Rony’s property! It was very beautiful, quiet and Rony was so helpful. She helped us book an amazing chef! She left authentic Italian dinner for us to cook. We will definitely book here again!

I don’t even know where to start. This place is simply amazing. It was hard to believe we had the whole place to ourselves. The outside is so meticulously landscaped with so many seating areas. The inside was more than large enough for our family and very cozy. AND don’t get me started on how wonderful the host is. We checked in later and she still met us to show us around. We were met with champagne, fruit, and other goodies. Plus everything we needed to make a meal. BUT it got better. She found out it was our son’s birthday and she went to the grocery store and got a cake and candles for him. Never had we had this experience. It was the sweetest thing. So if you are visiting Rome and want a country getaway only 30 minutes from the city, DO NOT HESITATE. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at and we have stayed at dozens. Thank you for making our stay in Rome so amazing.

Gorgeous place. Nicest host I've ever had

The place exceed our expectations. It was truly an oasis. The garden was incredible. However, it was the hosts that made the experience extra special. They were kind, attentive and extraordinarily helpful.

Very good stay in Rome

We liked the house very much. Especcially we liked the garden and swimmingpool. The kitchen is also large and good equipped. In the garden we also enjoyed several locations to have breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Amazing property

The Property was fantastic but the 2 aspects I want to highlight are the amazing pool. Especially great for teens. But also Ronit the owner was a fantastic host. Great communication and so much info on travelling to Roma but also the local area.

Amazing Property, Amazing Host!

We had an amazing stay at this property for a week. The villa, the pool and the grounds are all gorgeous and well located for local amenities and transport into Rome by train. Rony is a brilliant host who went above and beyond, providing information and support, both prior to and during our stay. She even helped us with organising a day out to some local wineries. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful villa. We were welcomed by the hosts with a lovely basket of italian food and all essentials items, so we could settle in immediately. We found the villa very comfortable with good air conditioning and cooling fans. The garden had lots of great seating areas, bbq and table tennis. The massive pool was a real highlight which our teenagers really enjoyed.Roni and Sean were on hand, if needed and gave us some really helpful information about places to visit. We hired paddle boards at Lake Bracciano and visited Pont Milvio. Visting Rome by train was straight forward. It was very hot when we stayed, so we often went early into Rome, doing tours of the main tourist sites and then headed back to the pool in the afternoon.We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

A Perfect & Relaxing Getaway Close To Rome

My family and I(all adults) had a wonderful experience staying at this home! The property owners are beyond lovely and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived. She even knew it was my birthday trip and had a bottle of sparkling with a birthday note waiting upon our arrival! The property is VERY tucked away off the main road is extremely quiet and relaxing. The real star of the show is the beautiful big kitchen space as well as the large garden & pool which we used a lot. We rented a car which I would suggest so that you can easily get to the town and the grocery store which is only a couple of minutes away. We did take the train into Rome most days via the Prima Porta train station which took about 30 minutes or so(we parked our car at the train station which was great). It was very convenient. There are a few good restaurants in the town of Prima Porta but not much else to do there otherwise. We can't recommend this home enough - thank you Rony!!

Paradise on an Italian hill at Prima Porta

As a Dutch family, we enjoyed 2 weeks holiday at this beautiful property with an amazing, large garden and a clean swimmingpool. The house is well decorated with African items and more than fully equipped. Towels, freezer, washing machine, stabil WiFi, several sitting areas, supermarket 2 min from the house, pool air floats, etc. The warm welcome by the host, with the food basket, champagne, the hospitality and tour around the house, was appreciated. Also via the host provided information via WhatsApp about Rome, parking, restaurants, markets, made things helpfull. Maintenance of the pool and providing extra cooling-units during the heatwave, was highly appreciated. They are working on an up-scale of the climate control in the house. With our rental car we visited Rome several times, the waterfall Cascate della Marmore, shopping mall Porta di Roma, Anzio American memorial, Osteria coast, etc. Recommendation to have dinner at 3Quarti and Garibaldi. A wonderfull stay in a paradise, in beautiful Italy, very close to Rome. Hope to come back in the future.

Roman Dream: The Perfect Family Vacation

This house was simply a dream come true. We wanted a family vacation that combined sightseeing in Rome with relaxation in a lovely holiday home with a pool. First, the location of the house was ideal for this. We drove everywhere by car, and all the major attractions (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc.) were reachable within 20-40 minutes. Driving in Rome can be challenging, but even by train (the nearest station is just a few minutes away), Rome was accessible in 20 minutes. Despite its proximity to the city, the house is peacefully situated on a hill outside the city center. The nearest supermarket is only a few hundred meters away. Our hosts, Rony and her husband Sean, were phenomenal. They provided us with many valuable tips for activities in and around Rome, including must-see places, parking recommendations (not easy in Rome), and restaurant suggestions. But that’s not all—they welcomed us with a huge basket of Italian delicacies, and even bought pool toys and air mattresses specifically for our children. We have rarely received such a warm welcome. The house itself looks even better in person than in the photos. The pool is enormous, and the house’s amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need. The property is spacious and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Thank you so much, Rony and Sean, for making our stay unforgettable. We truly hope to return someday!

FANTASTIQUE ET REPOSANT

Vacances en famille avec nos 4 enfants de 21, 18 et 9 ans La maison est au calme sur une colline avec une gigantesque piscine, un jardin énorme et joliment aménagé et un vrai confort partout. Roni est une hôte parfaite : gentille, attentionnée, réactive, prête à tout pour rendre votre séjour merveilleux Ce fut de parfaites vacances entre repos dans la villa, visites de Rome (à 20 min de voiture / et de train mais ça nous a moins convenu) L’équipement de la cuisine et de la maison est très très complet, un plaisir de cuisiner et de partager l’apéritif ou repas Mille choses à faire ou ne rien faire si vous le souhaitez Le panier d’accueil a été exceptionnel et encore merci à Roni et son époux Nous vous attendons en France 😊

Extraordinaire

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un séjour en famille ( 3 ados et un enfant ) et tout était PARFAIT! La maison est à 800 m d’un supermarché , à 2 km de la gare ( 20 min de train pour Rome) . Le jardin est somptueux , très bien clôturé ( même pour un petit chien ), la piscine est gigantesque et d’une propreté irréprochable ! La maison est incroyablement bien équipée . La climatisation fonctionne très bien , et nous avions plein de ventilateurs à disposition si nécessaire . Nous avons aussi apprécié le panier de gourmandises et les attentions pour les enfants . Situation assez éloignée de la route pour ne rien entendre , aucun vis-à-vis : on se sent réellement chez soi ! La communication avec la propriétaire était géniale , d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité rare . Nous ne saurions que conseiller cette maison qui nous a plu à tous points de vue ! Un seul regret : ne pas être resté plus longtemps !
