Fabulous condo & location!

Such a well-accommodated, comfortable, homey, and pretty condo. We enjoyed the pool daily. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, the fountain and park, and soooo many great places nearby by car. We’ll definitely go back!

Great condo with a great location.

This is a 5-star rental. The owners are very accommodating and great to work with. The condo is clean and comfortable, spacious, nice decor, and well equipped for a long stay. The complex's pool is very convenient and nicely heated with lots of lounge chairs. Condo location is excellent. Easy walk to areas with restaurants, weekend art fairs and activities. Lake with beautiful fountain is close by and easy to walk to. Great view of mountains from deck. Fountain Hills is a great community. Will seek out this condo again when returning to AZ.

Lovely first stay in Fountain Hills.

Condo was clean and convenient to the fountain. We enjoyed daily walks around the fountain, hikes on nearby trails, and golf. Margo was a great host. We hope to return soon.

Quiet, cozy condo

This is a nice, clean condo unit in a lovely town. Close enough to walk to Fountain Park, library, post office and shopping. The neighbors in the compound are friendly and quiet. The pool at 84F is nice to use even on cool winter days. Nice amenities and the owners are very responsive to the needs of their guests. The unit was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful condo, great location, wonderful owners!

Spend 4 months in Fountain Hills and the condo was very comfortable, well equipped, and in a wonderful location. Anytime I had questions or needed something along the way, the owners were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again for a vacation as the location was quiet, easy to walk to dinner or a hike in the desert, and close enough to get to city life and great shopping within a short drive. Thanks!

Fountain Hills Condo

My wife and I stayed for two weeks at this Condo and throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very quiet and the neighbors were great. The neighborhood is close to businesses in F Hills for groceries, mail and restaurants. The owner was great to work with and professional and personable.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying in your beautiful condo. The advantage to the second floor was the great views of the Fountain and the mountains from the front and back decks. The stores were within 10 minutes or less. The complex was very quiet and there was little traffic on the street. The condo was within walking distance of Fountain Park and some restaurants. There is also great hiking in the area. Fountain Hills provided the small town atmosphere, but Scottsdale was a short drive away for additional shopping and restaurants. Our son and his fiance live just a 10-15 minute drive away so we had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with them which we loved. The pool area was great with some covered seating for shade. The condo was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well supplied, and we found everything very comfortable. We highly recommend renting this condo and we hope to return again.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo in Fountain Hills. It was very relaxing and homey and was such a great location! Within walking distance of the lake with famous fountain, restaurants, grocery store, great hikes--it is a perfect setting. We could stay put and enjoy everything close by, sit by the quiet pool, enjoy the mountain view from your deck, and have coffee outside on the front porch. But when we wanted to venture out, all areas of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area seemed to only be a quick 15-20 minute car ride. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon! Thank you again!

Perfect home away from home!

This upper unit contained everything we could possibly need, was very comfortable, clean and updated. The complex was well maintained, quiet, the residents very friendly and the pool/hot tub area are within steps of the unit. We enjoyed our time here so much, we are returning next winter! This is our first experience as "Snowbirds" in Fountain Hills and we loved the small town atmosphere, its' cleanliness, and the variety of activities in the area. The proximity to Fountain Hills Park is perfect.

Loved the condo so much we bought one!!!!

We stayed here for three months while looking for a condo to purchase. We looked at several properties at other complexes but we couldn't find one that compered to this unit. So we asked around the complex and found someone who was interested in selling ( lucky us :)). We are so happy here. If you are looking for a quiet place that is close to town this is it!!!

Outstanding Stay

My wife and I just completed a 3 1/2 month stay at this condo. We had an outstanding experience as the condo had everything that we needed. It was nicely furnished, with all the amenities that we needed. The condo was also incredibly quiet, and located within walking distance of Fountain Hills park. We took advantage of the many restaurants and nearby trails. Whether you are thinking of staying for a long term, as we did, or just a short getaway, this is a great place to stay.

Girls' weekend

I recently stayed with some girlfriends at the condo and had a great time. The location of the condo was excellent! It was close and within walking distance to the fountain, hiking trails and shops/restaurants. It was also just a short drive to the wonderful shopping and restaurants of Scottsdale. Very quiet complex with a great pool area and great views. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed! We so enjoyed the relaxing get-a-way. I highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

We had a girls weekend in your beautiful condo. The unit had everything we needed and much more. The views from both of the patios were gorgeous and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed walking around the fountain and eating at a local pizza place. The hiking was great and the views were stunning. We easily found great shopping and restaurants in nearby Scottsdale as well. We hope to return! We didn't want to return to "real life". Thanks!

Thank you so much for the lovely stay in your beautiful condo! We loved the condo, location and the beauty of the area! The surrounding mountains are gorgeous and being able to see them from the decks is such a treat. We took great walks to the fountain, shops and restaurants and hiked above the fountain. Fountain Hills has numerous hikes to enjoy. Love that FountainHills is so close to Scottsdale for some fantastic shopping. Also enjoy seeing lots of nature and scenery. Did a full moon hike at the McDowell Mountain Park. Could see the fountain in the moonlight on this hike. There is so much to do in the area! This condo is tastefully furnished and owners & Candy responded quickly to any questions. Hope we are able to do a repeat stay soon! We LOVED it!

We spent the winter in the condo and loved it! It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well supplied, and the porches made the outdoors a real part of the condo. We loved coffee on the front porch and grilling on the back. Location is perfect and the heated pool was super. After kayaking or riding our motorcycles we would do the hot tub and pool to relax. We loved it.

Great location

We spent 3 weeks in this condo over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed every minute! The condo was extremely clean an had everything we needed for comfort. The complex is in walking distance to the fountain, restaurants and stores. It is located on a quiet street and great starting off point for our daily walks. We had two grandchildren visit during our stay and they especially enjoyed the heated pool! All of our interactions with the owner Margo Gates and her sister Candy were very positive. Total Comfort w/views and privacy.

While waiting for our house closing, we rented this condo near the fountain. Couldn’t be more happy with it or the location. I can come home from work and within a couple minutes have my clothes changed and be on my daily run around the fountain. We are as comfortable here as if we were in our own home. The kitchen is fully supplied so that we can cook or grill; eat outside or lounge by the pool. Love getting up on Saturday morning and just having a cup of coffee on the front deck and we love eating on the back deck watching the fountain go off. We have everything we need or want, including plenty of privacy as this particular unit has no common walls as there are single story units on both sides! Can’t imagine anyone not being completely happy here!

AWESOME!

Tom & Margo - Thanks so much for letting us stay on our trip. Your condo is very comfortable and has such a great location. Really enjoyed being away from the big city, but close enough if we wanted. We went on some great hikes nearby and just loved spending time out & amongst nature. Of course, ate at some fabulous restaurants! Hope to be back again soon. Bob & Sheila

great stay!

The pictures accurately describe this well appointed, very clean condo. Location? could not be better, walking distance down to the fountain, restaurants and walking trail around the top of the town for magnificent views. The immediate area is nice and quiet, met a couple of friendly neighbours as well as "Otto the Schnauser" Had a visit by some javelinos! They are regular visitors. Also one night we had a owl on the roof hooting away. Margo answered all our questions promtly and her sister dropped by to make sure all was ok. There are two good grocery stores within a five minute drive with most essentials right in town. There is a big mall 20 minute drive over in Mesa. There are many walking trails around the perimeter of Fountain Hills with some nice picnic areas. The drive from Fountain Hills up to Payson, across to Globe then back to Apache Junction is spectacular! We stayed a month and it was very good value.

My husband is a retired Iowa high school guidance counselor. After retiring we decided to have another adventure and moved to the Des Moines metro area where we work. After a few years, we decided to add to our future adventures and purchased this condo.

We fell in love with this condo for many reasons and here are some: the views were so gorgeous; condo is beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful windows; complex is also beautiful; no worries about hearing neighbors above or beside us (there aren't any); location is close to main roads going into Scottsdale & other parts of the valley as well as walking distance to fountain & businesses in FH. My husband and I have enjoyed the Fountain Hills/Scottsdale area for more than 15 years. We decided that Fountain Hills has the best location and views. After purchasing our vacation home, we decided to let others enjoy this special condo until we really retire!

We have used VRBO in our travels and have always appreciated and enjoyed our stays. We decided this was the appropriate way for us to introduce our condo to others. The location and views from our condo are wonderful. Love being able to sit outside either on the front porch or back deck and experience the mountains surrounding Fountain Hills and watch the famous fountain.
