Crisp, clean and quiet 2 bed 2 bath condo with views, pool and hot tub. Walkable to groceries, shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with electric grill for dinners in. Great location! Less than 15 minute walk to spectacular Fountain Park. Second story unit boasts beautiful mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. This dark sky community is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some sun and relaxation. For the adventurer there are numerous hiking and biking trails, parks and outdoor activities to keep you busy. Enjoy nearby golfing, pickle ball, casino and more. Tonto National Forest and Saguaro Lake are a 30 minute drive. Enjoy all the best Arizona has to offer away from the city but only 35 minutes to Sky Harbor International Airport. Dogs 30 lbs and less welcome!
The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

My husband and I live in SW Washington and love to travel. We've always preferred the comforts and convenience of staying in VRBOs over hotels so when we purchased our vacation home in Arizona we decided to try hosting. We hope to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as we have been in our own travels and look forward to sharing the things and places we love here in the desert.

The quiet yet convenient location sold us on Fountain Hills! Walkable to most amenities, the condo is in a small complex with friendly neighbors and well-kept grounds. And the on-site putting green sealed the deal!

Nestled in a dark sky community, Fountain Hills is a quiet alternative to the bigger suburbs of Phoenix. With all the conveniences of a bigger town you get the small-town feel of a friendly neighborhood. The views from the patio, the walkable location and proximity to Fountain Park and its activities as well as accessibility to all sorts of outdoor experiences makes this condo a great choice no matter what your interests are.
