Regarding the pest you encountered, the home is on a regular monthly pest control service as part of our preventative maintenance. In coastal and warmer climates it’s not uncommon for pests to occasionally appear despite routine treatments, but we do have ongoing services in place to minimize this as much as possible. As for the location, it is accurately reflected on the listing map and is typically a short drive to the historic district and local attractions, which many guests find convenient for exploring the area.
