Great floor plan for a family, comfortable & relaxed, and stocked with everything we needed- the bikes were a nice amenity! Easy access to an INCREDIBLE beach. Host is very responsive and friendly.

We loved our stay!! It was clean, as described and a great location overall. There was wildlife galore, the beach was awesome, access and privacy was superb!! Definitely recommend this and would stay there again when we go back!!

Great Home and Wonderful Host

Great location. Size of house and number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for 5 adults. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Great time at 25 W Lagoon Dr.

Very comfortable for our group. Enjoyed up close look at the wildlife (deer, birds, gators) while sitting on the patio. Also appreciated the proactive communication from the owner.

Great week at the beach

The property is clean, with plenty of room and comfortable furnishings. The location is amazing, with the beach a short walk away. Willy was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up. We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful Location

This was our 4th time at Willy's home. Willy is so kind and helpful. The house is in an amazing location and very spacious for everyone to relax. We love being there.

Spring break

Every amenity you could possibly want- toys, bikes, beach chairs and more. Fully equipped kitchen. Super location to the beach.

Location is perfect

The house could use a little updating, and a wifi blaster could be used in the home to help the wifi reach the other side of the house, but the location is what makes this place fantastic. Very private location with wild life everywhere, and a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Feels like a second home close to the beach

We loved our stay. They had bikes and beach supplies. It felt like home away from home. Very easy to travel with a one year old. There were toys for him. Will stay again

We were close to the beach 🤗 and walks in the neighborhood were so peaceful without traffic. The biking was excellent.

Great location

The house has a great layout and a great location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach, on a quiet street, close to bike path. Willy the owner was quick to answer questions and address concerns before, during and after our stay. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it is an older home & outdated but still a great place for a family vacation.

Perfect location!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Even my two yo granddaughter could walk the whole 2 minutes over the canal bridge and beach path. The house was somewhat dated, but everything we needed was there for our family of 9 to enjoy. Access to bikes, beach chairs and toys was a bonus.

Very responsive and kind host. The home is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. They provided bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and games. Well appointed with all that’s needed for your home away from home. I would recommend.

Great location

The owner was amazingly responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Beautiful neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Long ranch-style layout of the home was perfect for needs..allowing privacy and work-remote rooms. Some aspects of the home were dated but any problems were quickly resolved. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and family home

We stayed here with our adult children and 2 grandchildren and couldn’t have been happier. We’ve been staying in Sea pines for at least 10 years and this was one of our best trips. Beach access is perfect. Neighbors are all friendly. The lagoon in the back yard is teaming with wildlife and the house layout makes it perfect for napping while the rest of the family is making noise in the family rooms and kitchen. The layout is one of serenity and family focus. We will definitely want to rent here again.

Fantastic as usual

We've stayed at Beach Lagoon many times and always have a great time. Being a 2 min walk to the beach is so convenient. This part of Sea Pines truly feels like your own private beach. We walked most mornings with our coffee on the beach. Then spend most of the day hanging out on the sand playing games, and enjoying the water. Being so close and not having the carry everything out to the beach is such a huge plus. The home was clean and fresh when we walked in. Wifi upgrades they have recently done were a welcome update for us.

Spring Break 2025

Spent the week here for Spring Break and couldn't be happier. The location across from a beautiful/quiet beach was amazing and a fun hop over the bridge. Saw alligators swim by in the lagoon and sun themselves right in front of our place. Birds and turtles were fun to watch as well. We were surrounded by nature! And the house has so many screen doors and windows - even skylights in the bathrooms! Rode the bikes everywhere - very centrally located. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful decor. Beds are extremely comfortable, with each room facing the lagoon - screen doors open and you can hear the ocean and frogs at night. We loved playing games at the beach, fishing, biking the beach and to Salty Dog and Harbour Town. Also loved the puzzles in the closet! Very relaxing stay - would definitely stay again!!

Great location and value

I have given this home 5 stars for location and value. The home is located on a beautiful lagoon and is basically a 2nd row ocean property (over the bridge and past one house and you are there!). We absolutely loved the lagoon with it's frequent visitors of marsh birds and juvenile alligators. We have stayed in various locations in Sea Pines over the years and this location is one of the best. We liked being close enough to the Beach Club to enjoy it's amenities, yet having access to a more private beach area to spread out and enjoy the day. Staying on the lagoon gives it that great low country feel and was a real treat. Everyone (our 3 boys and grandparents) could come and go as they wanted to and from the beach with ease. The house is spacious, more so than the pictures show. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax and have time to yourself. The house is not updated but is nice and comfortable. If location and value are important to you, this is a great property.
