We had a great stay. Check in was pretty easy by stopping by the office to get the sea pines pass. Seems it is pretty strict on the 4pm check in time but plenty do while you wait. Very spacious and clean. We loved the decor and the skylights. And one of our highlights was being able to fish in the lagoon in the backyard. Easy beach access with a wagon and quick access to bike trails. Would love to stay there again.

We’re thrilled to hear that you had a great stay at our Spacious Getaway, Steps Away From The Ocean! It’s wonderful that you found the check-in process easy and enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the villa. We take pride in the decor and natural light from the skylights, so it’s great to know you appreciated those details. Fishing in the lagoon is indeed a special highlight, and we’re glad you had the chance to enjoy that experience. With the easy beach access and nearby bike trails, it sounds like you made the most of your time in Hilton Head. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfectly located in Sea Pines, away from the bustling crowds and very close to the beach. It was a peaceful and quiet stay, and the villa was larger than we thought - we had plenty of room for our family. We'll stay there again.

Great week!

Our family had a wonderful week at Beach Lagoon Villa 309! The bedrooms were set up perfectly. The living areas were a great size, with plenty of seating. The location, on Sea Pines, and ease of access to everything were ideal.

Just Lovely !

It was a relaxing retreat with a beachy feel and lots of amenities including books, games, a CD player, plenty of lamps and ceiling fans, and everything in the kitchen from baking pans to a salad spinner. The location was peaceful, picturesque, and very close to the beach. We had a great stay!

Very comfortable vacation home!

It was close enough to the beach that our 2 year old grandson was able to walk it by himself while holding someone’s hand. The house was very clean and well stocked with most everything we needed or wanted. I would suggest the addition of a drying rack for swim suits and a Keurig coffee pot.

Great Stay at a Great Property

We were looking for a property close to the beach to accommodate our young family, yet wanted to remain centrally located in Sea Pines. This property did just that. Short less than five minute walk to the beach, similar walk to the beach club, and easy ride everywhere within Sea Pines. Clean, updated property that would recommend!

Great location and beautiful villa

Shirt walk to beach which was great with little kids. Plenty of room for 4 adults and three kids. The villa is nicely updated and well stocked. Beautiful location inside Sea Pines with lots to do from the pool, bike paths, club house to ocean. Beach near access was not overcrowded. Nice view of lagoon from back patio with grill. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable and spacious three-bedroom bungalow

The silence was most appealing to us. Perfectly silent all day/all night in this comfortable and spacious three-bedroom bungalow. Only disappointment: outdoor spaces were not clean--didn't want to sit on the chairs. Otherwise, a perfect week's stay.

6/10 Okay

Not quite enough room for us as grandkids grow.

Location is wonderful, this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this villa. Now we need a third bathroom or a powder room. Not the villas fault!

Enjoyable

Great location. Place was not cleaned well prior to our arrival but the rental agency offered to send housekeepers out again. By then, we had already cleaned. Otherwise, a great time!

Perfect Villa.

We just spent 2 weeks at this villa and loved it. Very clean, nicely furnished and lots of room. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is as close as described. Less than 5 minute walk via either the beach path or the Beach Club. We used the beach path which put us close enough to the Beach Club for drinks and lunch but just a little more private. No beach equipment so bring your own. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio with lagoon and golf course view.

Wonderful place, inconvenient booking dates

We love this condo, this is our third time staying here. Very quick walk to the beach, enough space for our family of five, and very nice furniture and furnishings. Very clean. We just wish there would be more flexibility with dates for booking. Saturday to Saturday can be inconvenient to work around and we would’ve loved to stay a few more days, especially since it was empty the week after us.

Wonderful HHI vacation

We really enjoyed staying in 309 Beach Lagoon. The villa was really perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). The living and dining space was so large and open-very much like a family home, not just a beach condo. The baths and kitchen have all been updated from the pictures online so that was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc for cooking and grilling. Our favorite thing about this villa was the location. It is convenient to the beach (4 min walk), trolley stop, bike paths, Beach Club and the Ocean Gate. It is a very quiet part of Sea Pines.

Beach Lagoon Condi

Loved the layout of the condo and proximity to the beach. Great set up for a young family with lots of living space and a room with two twins bed! Only downside was lack of consumables in the home (for example, the house didn’t have extras of toilet paper, cooking oils, laundry detergent etc.). Would have been nice to not have to run to the store for these things! No beach chairs either, so bring your own. All and all a great location and a great trip!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Christine. We are delighted to hear that you loved the layout of the condo and its proximity to the beach. It's wonderful to know that the setup worked well for your young family, providing lots of living space and a room with two twin beds. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. Additionally, we apologize for the absence of beach chairs. Your comments have been shared with our local operations manager to explore ways to improve the stocking of consumables and to ensure that future guests are aware of what to bring. We are committed to enhancing our services and making sure that future guests do not face similar challenges. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again, providing a much better experience.

Lots of positives

This is the second time we rented this property. It is a very comfortable space and well furnished. The patio is nice and view of the 18th green and pond are amazing. Down side is that it wasn’t as clean as we expected. Mostly the floors. I found a toy under one bed and lots of dust under all the beds. I brought my own Swiffer to clean as we were there several weeks. Would be nice to have more cleaning stuff in the unit. Would also be nice to have a couple of beach chairs. Overall, it’s a great place and super location. We have booked a return trip
