Great place to stay near SDC! We love staging in the vineyards area, and this condo is great. Very comfortable beds & room darkening curtains were much appreciated. Overall, this is at least the second time we’ve stayed here, and we’d be happy to again.

The only complaint I have is that it needs a full sized coffee maker. There were 5 coffee drinkers in our group and a tiny coffee maker

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback! We appreciate your suggestion about having a full-sized coffee maker, especially for larger groups with multiple coffee drinkers. We understand how convenient it would be to brew more coffee at once and will share your recommendation with our team for consideration. Thank you for choosing Grand Welcome Branson!

Great location, communication, and price for a 3 bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with most everything you could need, along with tea, coffee, sugar, and spices; freezer had ice trays. Also, was supplied with soap, shampoo, TP, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and papertowels. Bed were comfortable and had great pillows! Had a small shared backyard that was nice to have also!

The unit itself was clean, smelled fresh with out any air freshners which is a plus for me, very homey with everything you needed for the stay. It was truly a home away from home. My kids and additional family were in love with the location and the pool across the street! The site itself felt safe, and the 2 maintenace guys were helpful, kind and kept the place looking clean!

Overall, the space was reasonable and served its purpose for our stay. We were in town for a busy tournament weekend, so options were limited. I typically prefer staying in privately managed rentals because I feel there is often a more personal level of attention to the property, but this was what was available, and it worked for what we needed. There were a few things worth noting. We could not figure out what the smell was in the unit; it seemed like something dirty had been covered up with cleaner; and we later found a rotten banana left in a dresser drawer. Several blinds and the drain stopper were broken, and I messaged the host right away so we would not be held responsible. The toilet was also leaking. The host did offer to come out during the day to address it, but it was something we were able to manage since we were mostly there to sleep and not spend our days at the property. The pool was a disappointment. It was very cloudy and dirty, and you could not see the bottom, so our group chose not to use it.Overall, the stay was decent and met our needs, but there are some maintenance and cleanliness items that could use attention to make the experience better for future guests.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate you taking the time to give such detailed feedback, especially during a busy tournament weekend. I’m sorry the unit fell short in several areas. The unexplained odor and the rotten banana left in the dresser are certainly not the experience we want guests to have. We also appreciate you documenting the broken blinds, drain stopper, and leaking toilet right away. Our team did offer to address the toilet during your stay, and we’ll follow up on the other maintenance items as well. I’m also sorry the pool was cloudy and uninviting. We understand why your group chose not to use it and will bring that concern to the appropriate team. Thank you again for helping us identify what needs attention. We’d be glad to have you back under better circumstances.

Felt like a college apartment. Well used furnishings. The people upstairs were loud the whole time. The pool is very small and not taken care of well. The host seemed very nice for the limited amount of communication we needed while there.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the furnishings and noise from the upstairs neighbors didn't meet your expectations. We understand how those factors can impact a stay, and we'll share your comments with the property team as they evaluate future updates to the home. We also appreciate your feedback about the pool. Since it's maintained by the community, we'll be sure to pass your comments along to the HOA for their review. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with our communication. Thank you again for your feedback, and we'd welcome the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on a future visit to Branson.
