Enjoy the community at The Club which includes charming, landscaped grounds and an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the community’s namesake Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. Whether you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, or enjoying the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.



Inside the home, the open floor plan features soaring vaulted ceilings, sitting atop brightly lit spaces expertly curated in comfortable furnishings and sophisticated décor. Relax in the living room on plush, L-shaped sofa seating while you stream all your favored entertainment on the smart TV. Step through the double doors and out into the 3-seasons sunroom overlooking serene views of the golf course and offering a quiet space for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Back indoors, the well-equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for assisting in all your culinary endeavors. Dine together at the formal table with seating for 6 or keep things casual at the counter with high-top stool seating for 4.

• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 16 stair steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
