Spring break

We had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Took advantage of the playground, which was right out our back door, and the pool.

Our stove wasn’t working properly, but the host did what they could while we were out for the day. Common items were available to help make the most of our stay (detergent, kitchen items, toiletries). The property was clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we would stay there again!

Place was exactly as listed, area was quiet. Mattress in master bedroom was perfect. Really enjoyed having the pool, but water could have been a little cleaner. It was nice to be able to swim when it was chilly outside.

Perfect for our family.

This was a great place for our family. Plenty of room. There’s a small pool right outside the back patio, which was really convenient. We also spent a lot of time at the Clubhouse pool (1 mile away) swimming and playing pickle ball. Checking in was a little hectic, but the owner was very responsive and even let us check in 30 minutes early. Keep in mind you have to go down a flight of stairs to access the unit. We would love to stay again.

Condo in Branson MO

The unit was lovely...super clean, really quiet, great furnishing. The only negative was the flight of stairs. We thought it was ground level by photos.

It was a cute property. We were bummed at the amount of hair (pet I assume) all over the floors. Our socks were filthy from walking around. The vacuum that was in the closet was completely filled with hair/debris. The hot water didn't last very long. Everyone was extremely friendly on-site.

Please know that our communication channels are open 24/7 to assist our guests at any time. We were disappointed to learn about this concern through your review. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send assistance right away. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet expectations, particularly regarding pet hair on the floors and the condition of the vacuum. That is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been documented and shared with our housekeeping and inspection teams for review and follow-up. Regarding the hot water, usage time can vary depending on the size of the water heater and the number of consecutive showers. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us evaluate whether adjustments or upgrades may be needed. We will continue to use it to uphold our commitment to providing a comfortable and positive experience for every guest. Have a wonderful day!

Just fine

We liked the area and the condo served its purpose. It was indeed on the first floor but NOT ground level. Steep stairs to get down to first floor below ground level. Living room furniture desperately needs updating. But the condo served its purpose for a good price and location.

Great property, great location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The community is gated, making me feel even safer staying somewhere other than home. We had our 2 kids (9;6) with us and they loved having the playground basically in the backyard. The property itself boasted so many amenities including tennis and indoor swimming. The condo had front door parking and the warmest welcome we’ve experienced yet. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We also liked how close everything was—all the attractions including Silver Dollar City and the Branson Strip, were just a short drive. The host was very quick to respond to our requests and provided many recommendations for food and entertainment. We enjoyed this quick getaway very much and will absolutely be looking into staying at this property upon our next visit to Branson.

Not as expected

The listing said non-smoking, however it clearly smells of stale smoke, which sent us home with everything smelling like that. It was slightly better after we got in and got fans going and the AC turned down, so it wasn't so stuffy, but very noticeable when you return in the door each time.

Not what we expected!

Property and location was the best part. The VRBO rental was not up to cleanliness that we expected and several maintenance issues. We were there 6 nights. We were given 1 kitchen towel and 1 dish rag. The spare bedroom sheets had hair like they hadn't been changed from previous renters. The main bedroom bed cover underneath also hair. Sorry, we can't give this rental a 5 star, because the location is a 5 star, but rental 3 at best. Patio had bird poop that we swept off and wiped down chairs.

We loved our time here and would gladly come back! Pointe Royale had much to offer while we had down time at the condo.Loved that the pool was right outside our back patio door. Loved the massage chair! The only suggestion we’d have is maybe one more seat or an ottoman in the living area, otherwise we were more than pleased with our stay!!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re so happy you enjoyed your time at Pointe Royale and found plenty to do both around the community and at the condo. Having the pool right outside the back patio must have been a nice perk, and we love hearing that the massage chair was a favorite! We also appreciate your suggestion about adding another seat or an ottoman in the living area. We’ll share that with our team for consideration. Most of all, we’re glad you were more than pleased with your stay and would gladly return. We’d love to welcome you back for another Branson getaway!

It was a great condo. The only issue we had was I thought it was a ground level condo from viewing the patio pictures. It had pretty steep stairs for my elder parents. We managed by using the back patio door and they walked around and I drove around and met them. It was an excellent condo overall especially with the price.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I’m so glad you enjoyed the condo and felt it was an excellent value for the price. I appreciate you sharing your experience with the stairs. I’m sorry the patio photos gave the impression that the condo was on the ground level. I understand how that could be challenging when traveling with elderly parents. We’ll review the listing and photos to make sure the access is described as clearly as possible so future guests know what to expect. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. I’m happy you were still able to enjoy your stay, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for another Branson getaway.
