Our Outdoor pools are open seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor and information about this can be seen in our listing. Please remember, should you have had any issues or needs during your stay, we would have been happy to assist if you had communicated them. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so we can address them promptly.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you found the condo very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We do apologize for any inconvenience regarding the late check-out process. Our early/late check-in and check-out options are handled through a request system, which may include an hourly fee depending on availability. This helps us coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure the unit is properly prepared for incoming guests. We truly understand that individual circumstances, such as medical needs, can require a bit more flexibility, and we’re sorry we weren’t made aware of this during your stay, as we would have done our best to explore possible accommodations. We appreciate your feedback and will share this with our team. Thank you again for staying with us.
