Loved our stay

Property was well stocked, updated, clean, great location. We enjoyed the porch with fountains, the pool, neighborhood walks, and proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Home away from winter

great luxury condo

We stayed in this condo for a month in July 2012, the whole family enjoyed it and felt very confortable it's nice clean and spacious as shown on the pictures. Very close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Definitley would recommend this property .

Family visit in Chandler AZ

This condo was first rate. High quality of furnishings and well supplied. With my wife we enjoyed our stay here very much and would certainly look to repeat if the opportunity presents.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and all the amenities you could want. Dawne could not be any nicer and was available by phone to answer any questions and confirmed your visit was perfect. The property was well maintained and quiet. Great place to stay and highly recommended.

Amazing

Hard to express in words the treatment we experience here. Summer and her Family went far above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The property is nicely equipped and we were extremely happy with everything! Highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at this property a number of times and it is the best. We have never had a bad experience staying here. Outstanding communications, friendliness and quick response to any need. A Fabulous Find

This condo was exactly as described and the property manager, Summer was extremely responsive and saw to our every need promptly. We value clean and well maintained accommodations and these exceeded our expectations. It was a comfortable environment for our 6-week stay - felt like home! The kitchen had everything we needed and was part of an open concept living area which allowed us to enjoy friends & family. We loved the balcony with the fountain views and sweet daily visits from the hummingbirds. We enjoyed using the bikes provided and the property pool!! It was a wonderful stay and we’ve already booked for next year!

Fabulous Condo!

This condo is beautiful and very contemporary! It is spacious, quiet, and has fully functional kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The patio is a great place to relax with new plush patio furniture, and a nice stainless steel grill. It is ideally located close to several restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and golf courses. We have fully enjoyed our six week stay, and would stay longer if the condo were available. Thank you Dawne and Chris, for making our stay one to remember. Theresa

Better than expected!!!!! Great value for your $

Great location - lovely restaurants, parks, shopping (Stein Mart is excellent); biking is amazing around here. Very comfortable!!! Beautiful decor - great attention to detail; very comfortable, spacious, modern, and extremely clean and well stocked living space. Great deck for evening 'happy hour' and visiting/chilling out. Loved the Webber BBQ. Nice golf courses near by. Premium outlets is only 10 minutes away. Excellent hiking not too far away (south mountain and superstition mountain). You can enjoy some gorgeous biking routes in Chandler or take your bike to these regional parks for additional treks. Stunning scenery if you want a road trip to Canyon Lake (Ghost town attraction along the way was superb)

Location, location, location

we could not have been happier with this condo rental, everything was as shown and stated, the furniture is like new, the cabinets well stocked, the dishes and cutlery clean and also new. Dawne could not have been more helpful with any questions we had and always gave prompt information. The deck is very private and surrounded by large trees. The deck furnishings are a nice set with cushions so if you get lost in a good book, no worries of becoming uncomfortable. Speaking of comfort, the Sterns & Foster mattress in the master suite is second to none, simply a dream to sleep on. Great washer and dryer, lots of windows so it's nice and bright, the wood floors are a breeze to keep clean, we would give this unit a 12 out of 10 and would happily stay there again. Also it is SO centrally located, you can walk to nice grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. and a drive of less than 20 minutes will get you pretty much anywhere. Don't miss the beautiful walk at Fulton Ranch, a simple five minutes by car. Two level miles in a dream park along the waters edge on wide sidewalks.

Oasis in the sun

This complex is very family friendly and clean and felt safe! The condo itself is on the second floor and includes a two car garage below at entry level. The owners have provided bikes and float toys for personal use during the stay. The condo is well appointed without being "stuffy" and was super clean. The hummingbird feeder was a highlight for me with morning coffee. It was cool early, so I wrapped up in a blanket and watched what seemed to be hundreds of Hummers enjoying the gift of sugar water. My brother in law told me that in Arizona in the winter there are up to 18 different kinds of hummingbirds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if the opportunity arises will look to Summer to see if the condo is available for another visit!! Note: This is a gated community and to get out...all you need to do is get your vehicle close enough to the fence to trigger the sensor. It took an "aha" moment for me to figure it out LOL....Summer contacted me immediately after my call to her to see if I needed further assistance. Lovely!!

Amazing Place

Wonderful condo with everything you need and more! We easily walked to restaurants, a grocery store, and a path around a green space nearby. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub and pool were clean and we'll maintained. Best of all - there's a community cat that will come say hello whenever she sees you! We had a lovely few weeks there, and would absolutely stay again.

Flawless stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this condo. Summer is the best host on VRBO. She is always quick to respond to all communications. The condo is always clean and very well stocked. All of the amenities, utensils, appliances etc are well maintained and available. The instructions for everything are well written and easy to understand. Thank you again for the great stay we had. Excellent place to stay

This place was fabulous. Very clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
