We had a great time. It's a really big apartment with lot's of space for the three of us. I loved that you can see the ocean from the upstairs windows!

Oceanic mirage is a very roomy, comfy place. Nice kitchen and eating area and it was comfortable sleeping. It is so close to food, shopping and the ocean. All within walking distance. No a/c and it was a little warm when we arrived. It cooled off quick though. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Everything was perfect, clean and so quiet like in the main bedroom you cannot hear anyone in the kitchen downstairs. The beds were comfortable even the trundle bed upstairs in the family area. The balcony had a nice view of Nye District and the beach. The cafe and restaurant downstairs was surprisingly quiet as well and the smells coming from them was amazing!! Kids had a great time and there was enough space for us all to have quiet time and relax. Wish we had outdoor seats to enjoy the balcony a little better but that was such a small thing. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait.

The unit had more room than we thought. It was clean and the location was great - close to shopping and the beach. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Amazing property. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. The beds are incredible - upscale mattresses and comfy linens! Very spacious home and beautifully appointed. Loved the kitchen and dining area too!!!

Trip to the coast with my kids for spring break

The stay at the condo was amazing. There was way more space than I thought there would be. My kiddos had a great time playing upstairs in the living room especially with the foosball table. I highly recommend this condo for your Newport stay! It has every amenity you need and more!

The booking and check-in process were seamless and easy. The location of the property is in the middle of Nye Beach, making it walkable to many shops and restaurants, which is very fun. We did notice you can hear the music from the cafe downstairs during the day, but it wasn't obnoxious. Things were quiet all night, no issues there. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were thorough. The apartment had two full bedrooms as well as one additional twin day bed with another pull out trundle bed. I was surprised to see the second bedroom, I had missed that in the listing, or it wasn't clear that it was there. Either way, based on the beds, I was surprised the capacity is listed as 4 people, when 6 would fit comfortably without issue, but it was moot for our party as we only had 3 people. The living/kitchen space is quite tight/cozy but the great room upstairs more than makes up for it. The apartment was decently clean, which is a non-negotiable for us. I did notice there was some deferred maintenance across the property, things like a burnt out lightbulb, broken and missing window screens, broken blinds in the primary bedroom, etc. None of it was detrimental to our stay but I notice those small details. It was clean and functional where it counted though (in places like the fridge, bathrooms, kitchen etc). We would absolutely stay again based on the location! If you're looking for accommodations in the middle of a great coastal tourist spot, this place is for you.

Good stay and clean place but needs work

There is no AC and was surprisingly hot, especially on the top floor. Needed more towels and essentials (better cookware and utensils) location is great but walls are thin. Can hear all the road noise, conversations outside, the kitchens for the restaurants around and neighbors. Foosball tables handles were lose and or broken so was not playable. The parking spot is… uncomfortable. Beds are not the best but will do. Couch downstairs is lackluster. Refrigerator door kept getting stuck and was difficult to open.
