Pointe Royale Getaway – ‘Fore’ 4

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you had a great stay and enjoyed the secure, private feel of the property. It’s especially nice to hear that you still made good use of the balcony and took in the view despite the hot weather! We’re also happy the AC kept you comfortable and that everything was as described. It sounds like you were able to relax and enjoy the property even with the summer heat. We appreciate you sharing your experience and would love to welcome you back for another Branson getaway!

Thank you for staying with us! I’m so glad the condo was exactly what you were looking for and that you had a great stay in Branson. There’s nothing better than finding a place that fits your trip just right and lets you relax and enjoy your time away. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would love to have you back whenever you’re planning another visit to Branson.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear everything else about your stay was great, but we’re sorry the floors were sticky and had hair left behind. That’s not the level of cleanliness we expect, and we understand how uncomfortable that can be. We’ll be sharing your specific concerns with our housekeeping team so they can review the cleaning process and make sure the floors receive the attention they need. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide a cleaner, more comfortable stay next time.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I’m so glad you enjoyed the pools and were able to take advantage of the extended swim time. Having that extra time to relax and have fun is always a nice bonus. It’s great to hear you found the room comfortable and that our communication helped make your stay easy and enjoyable. We’re happy everything came together for a great trip. We’d love to welcome you back the next time you’re in Branson!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We aim to ensure every guest has a clean and comfortable experience, so we regret to hear that the unit did not meet your expectations. Prior to your arrival, our inspection and cleaning reports for the property were completely clear. Because of this, learning about these issues for the first time a day after check-out places us in an unfair position, as we were not given the opportunity to verify or address these concerns during your stay. Had we been notified while you were here, our team would have gladly resolved them immediately to ensure a pleasant experience. We have passed your notes along to our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these areas are carefully reviewed and maintained moving forward.

Thank you for your glowing review! We're always here to make your next stay just as memorable.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad the condo matched the photos and appreciate you reaching out about the housekeeping items you noticed. We’ll make sure those concerns are shared with our team for follow-up. We also understand your frustration with the property map and finding the correct building entrance. Having a clear “You Are Here” marker and better condo-number signage would certainly make that first arrival easier, and we appreciate the suggestion. Thank you as well for the honest feedback about the living room and outdoor furniture. We’ll keep your comments in mind as we look at ways to improve the comfort of the space. Most of all, we’re grateful that despite these concerns, you would still consider staying with us again.
