Clean, nicely decorated unit. Convenient location. Great communication with the host; easy check in and check out. Sadly, the weather was too hot to enjoy the lovely balcony.

It’s also great to hear that communication was smooth and that check-in and check-out were easy. We’re sorry the hot weather kept you from enjoying more time on the balcony, though we hope you still had a wonderful time exploring Branson. We appreciate you choosing our property and would be happy to welcome you back when the weather is a little more balcony-friendly!

Great location, very clean, nice view from balcony. Love that it is “off the beaten path” of the main strip. Seemed quiet but take into account we were there in an off season.Would stay here again.

It was very nice and clean! They even had the TV set to a channel with relaxing music playing when we walked in. The balcony overlooks a pond where we watched turtles and some big fish swimming around . We also watched golfers across the pond. It’s so close and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again.

the place is exactly as described and the host was very communicativeany questions and concerns i had were answered pretty much immediately. i had messaged them late at night after checking in about how there wasn't enough soap and the lack of clothing hangers. they were kind enough to send someone to drop them off the next morninghowever, i was a bit annoyed when i realized the early check out time. i had assumed it would be 11am (like most places) but was denied when requesting a later time, citing needing enough time for the cleaning staff. which i thought was a bit insensitive considering they have a list of chores for you to do upon checking out anyway. so i would say just make sure you're okay with the strict earlier check out when bookingoverall, this is a decent place considering the price and proximity everything

Thank you for staying with us! We're glad you found the place exactly as described and appreciated our quick communication. We’re happy we could help with the soap and hangers and get those items delivered the following morning to make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the checkout time. We understand that a later checkout can be helpful, especially when traveling, and we’re sorry it was an inconvenience. Our checkout schedule helps ensure our cleaning team has enough time to properly prepare the home for the next guests, but we appreciate you sharing how this felt from your perspective. Thank you again for your honest review and for recognizing the value and convenient location of the property. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another Branson visit!
