Great location and beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building was in great shape. Was surprised by the $65 per vehicle parking cost that was not disclosed until a few days before check in. The listing should have had that included along with the beach rules, so folks really know what they are getting. We use a sun shade we have for several years and had to move it about 20 yards from the shore. I guess the umbrella rental folks pushed for that law. Probably won’t be back to Alabama beaches.

The place was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to the beach; there was plenty of room for our group of 11. Minor cleaning issues, the dryer takes several cycles to dry, and the pans could be replaced, but nothing that affected our stay. We played, made memories, and laughed ALOT! The lazy river, slideOverall, we would stay again!

The beach view was great. The amenities were great. Parking was pretty easy. You do have to pay for a parking pass which was not disclosed at booking. And only 2 cars are allowed. The unit was overall dirty and had an odor that smelled like ketchup. The dryer needs maintenence, or to be replaced. The blankets are stained and look unsightly. The housekeepers do not take pride in their job and you can tell. Lots of debris under furniture and baseboards dirty. The floor was dirty but there was no dustpan for use. The pictures make it look immaculate, but is not kept up to the photos standards.

I booked this condo for a girls week with my daughters and granddaughters. The condo is centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The facility was clean and well organized, spacious enough to have our own “quiet time” as well as “game time”. If I’m ever in the area again, I will book it again! Very happy with our reservation!

This condo is in the Phoenix orange beach building. The front desk was very nice and helpful, the elevators are quick, the indoor pool and water slide are great amenities. The lazy river was not working our entire trip; however, we went right after a hurricane came through so I’m sure that had something to do with it. The parking garage is nice to have covered parking. The boardwalk to the beach is great, no big steps so good for rolling a beach wagon. We loved that this condo had toys for small children, this was super helpful during our stay! The kitchen is well stocked with necessities but I do wish it had a pizza cutter. The floors were not the cleanest when we arrived, definitely not clean under the furniture as we had a child crawling and toys ended up under furniture so we saw every nook and cranny of the condo. The master bed white quilt had a large yellow stain on it but we did not need the cover so we just removed it from the bed. Overall this condo is very nice with a beautiful ocean view.

5 stars – Perfect for a Large Group! We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! It was perfect for our large group—spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach, and everything was exactly as described. We had a great time and would absolutely come back!

Awesome Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed the condo and it had plenty of extra amenities. I would replace the chairs in the living room because they could be a potential hazard. Also, we had a 21 month old and the toys were easily accessible to him with small pieces. If it weren't for his little hands, we wouldn't have had any problems. Also, maintenance handled a toilet handle problem very promptly. We loved the location and space.

We had such a wonderful stay. This is our 3rd time renting at the Phoenix condos and this is the best condo we've rented. My kids LOVED the toys and books and we appreciated how clean it was. We especially appreciated that the condo was without sharp corners on the furniture and breakable decor! The building facilities are in great shape. Highly recommend. Everything about our stay went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
