The house was perfect for our group! Traveled with girls for a spring break trip! The house had great amenities and was just a few minute walk to the beach! The communication before, during and after was very quick responses. Directions to get to the house and in the house was great! The guide electronically they provided to us was awesome! Overall we had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend this place for a big group!

The property is fantastic! Perfect for our girls trip! The house needs a good deep clean out and organization of all items in kitchen and other areas. Several things needed attention but the property manager was very kind and quick to respond and correct it. Beautiful home, guest house, and property. Has literally everything vacationers need and want. I highly recommend this property and book again!

Incredible getaway by the beach

This property is beautiful, incredible location next to the beach. The outdoor area has many fun activities for families and adults. If you are looking for a fun, elegant, and clean property this is the one for you.

Great Location, but house was dirty and had several maintenance issues. The floors had never been moped, there was filth, old food, and a broken glass underneath the furniture, also a pill was found under one of the beds, luckily the 1 year old did not find it. One of the end tables in the master bedroom the living room, and the kitchen counter had sticky residue that needed cleaning. Several exterior door lock plates are loose, and several exterior door handles/locks take several tries to function properly. The upstairs shower head drips, and the shower in general leaks. In the master bathroom a towel rack was broken and the faucets for the tub leaked. In the master bath shower there is a corner step/seat that has a horrible rotten smell once wet, the tile has cracks that allow water to seep through. We found a gallon of Odoban in bathroom closet, and had to pour over shower step/seat after every shower. Location was great, pool and hot tub were clean, love the neighborhood. We have stayed at three other properties in the same neighborhood, all were much more clean and had no issues. Communication with host was great till we left. I sent a text, and then an email about all the issues we experienced, still no reply. For the rental price/cleaning charge I would expect much much more. I can not recommend this property unless the property owners make a conscious effort to improve the issues, and improve their cleaning practices.

We had a blast!

We decided to travel to the beach this year for Thanksgiving. We have a large family, so it was important to find a house that was in our price range and could accommodate 16+ people. This property did both. The house was very clean and spacious. It was 22 of us and we had plenty of space to relax. The beach is across the street, and it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean and spacious house, with a great location, this is the property. I would choose it again if I'm ever in the area.

Beautiful Group Accommodations

Perfect for a family trip! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious with a pool and secondary pool house that has games and tons of beds. Very clean and excellent communication.

Amazing Property! Amazing Stay!

Our stay was amazing!! We have now stayed here two years in a row and plan to come back again next year! If you don't want to go to the beach, no problem! The pool is very large and perfect for everyone to swim. The play room with games for the kids was a lot of fun for those days and evenings at the house. The property is very private but still just only minutes away from everything and a very short walk to the beach. We have a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy themselves. My family loves this beach rental and we look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Backyard

We loved our stay. The backyard, pool, covered patio, and cabana were great!! We had a large extended family group and the area is large enough you can all hang out and still have space. We also loved all the windows in the back of the house. The adults could easily watch the kids in the pool as we prepared food. Enjoyed the short walk to Sunnyside Grill for a good breakfast. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and you have access to two different beach access points. We had a small issue and management took care of it immediately, so it was not an issue at all.

The plumbing backed up in every room the second day we was there( in are showers, toilets over flowed from plumbing) after calling talking to manager he brushed us off like thee was nothing wrong. Every time we took a shower washed a load of cloths this would happen. We kept texting the number to get something done. The sent a plumbing company out the 3rd day of our vacation. They came out with plungers like that was going to help. Stayed until 1 am and said someone else would be back the next day. At noon the next day I got a text saying they would be coming until the following day at 8 am. Mind you the following day would be the 4th day of my vacation that I had to deal with this. Well the came the next morning around 8:30-9am and ran a line and found a blockage at 40 feet and stopped. Well after they left the problem continued to happen. On Wednesday we went to the beach and when we came back the was landscapers the cutting all the trees and weed rating around the pool. We ask them to leave do the really have to do that while the property is occupied and the said the didn’t realize it was occupied, we started telling him all the problems that we’ve had since our first day there. Next thing we know the manager there with an attitude. I got it right back. Then when he was the he saw the poop come up through the bathtubs, that’s when he started believing us. This was no vacation. Driving 12 hours to the beach and can’t even enjoy it. He want us to move to another property.

We truly appreciate you sharing this, and we're sorry your vacation didn't go the way it should have. A long drive to the beach deserves a great experience, and we fell short of that here. When the issue was reported, we sent our maintenance team out right away and brought in a licensed plumbing company. What they found was a blockage deep in the main sewer line, not something that gets fixed with a quick visit, unfortunately. We had our crews there after hours working on it. We know that still doesn't make up for the days of frustration leading up to that. Once we noticed the situation was not going to get fixed, we moved quickly to get the family into another home with a private pool so they could actually enjoy what was left of their trip. We wish that had happened sooner. The landscaping crew showing up while the home was occupied was not a problem that we have encountered before. We are however looking at our process and building that into our communication. We don't take reviews like this lightly. This one pushed us to look hard at how we communicate during maintenance situations, and we're making changes because of it. We hope this family gives the beach, and us, another chance someday.
