Summary:

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. Nestled in a quiet area of Pacific Beach, it’s just a 4-minute walk to the sand and 7 minutes to all the action in PB. With southern-facing windows, the apartment is filled with natural light.



Although the appliances are classic, they add to the charm and offer a quintessential beach living experience. Just 15 steps outside, you’ll find yourself looking out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean!



The Space:

Our home is clean and comfortable, though not newly renovated. Some fixtures or paint may show normal cosmetic wear typical of a beach home and may not be fully reflected in the listing photos.

✔️ Bright Bedroom – A queen-size bed and closet with plenty of natural light.

The location of this unit is in northern Pacific Beach which offers really easy access to La Jolla beaches (3 miles), The Village (3.5 miles), and incredible restaurants.

Super close to the beach everything is convenient to get to!! We walked everywhere. you can’t beat the price compared to other places in the neighborhood. Cutest neighborhood that felt very safe. Definitely going to be staying here again on our next San Diego trip.

The location was fantastic—within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the beach, and just about everything we needed during our stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the home felt clean and well-prepared when we arrived. We also appreciated that street parking was readily available and easy to find.Unfortunately, we did experience one significant issue during our stay. There were quite a few bugs and roaches that appeared at night, primarily in the kitchen and bathroom areas. As a result, we felt uncomfortable using the kitchen beyond storing items in the refrigerator, as the bugs got into some of our food and even my birthday cake. While we enjoyed many aspects of the property, this issue made us uneasy throughout our stay and ultimately impacted our overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this Pacific Beach rental! The property was clean and cozy! Well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an stress-free beach getaway that won’t break the bank! The apartment is in a great, walkable location. It was a good size for three of us. There is no AC but they do provide fans, which was very helpful!

Bare bones & difficult parking

We got in late on our first night and had a very difficult time finding parking and there’s if the trip. I specifically asked about street parking and the manager said it was not a problem, it is in the summer. When we arrived it was very dark and difficult to see which unit it was. The place is bare bones and could use some updating , simple things like towel hooks. There’s no place to sit outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning which we missed in the photos. All the windows look into other units which is not easy to see in the photos, it felt dark and a little depressing. The couch had some questionable stains which made it feel gross. They did come to clean those off the sofa bed when we complained. Aside from that, the unit was clean. We were praying a premium price because of the time of year and it was way overpriced for what it was, in our opinion.

It would be nice if there was a no smoking policy on the grounds (or within 25 feet or such). Someone smoked very smelly cigars multiple times a day each day of our stay, and our choice was to be warm with closed windows and doors or suffer the smell and stay cool.
