Great stay in Sarasota

Really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and centrally located to the various beaches and places we wanted to go. The house was welcoming, spacious and well stocked. The amenities were great too. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after our days out and had fun with the games in the game room. We will be booking here again for our next trip.

Something for all ages

Our family includes all ages 72 years old to 4months old. This space was perfect for each generation. The pool, screen room and game room kept us all entertained. Quick responses from our hosts led us to just the right spots to enjoy the beaches. We had all the needed beach equipment and toys!! A good find!!

Very nice rental

We enjoyed the screened in porch. The furniture was comfortable as was the bed. Really appreciated the coffee bar! Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Florida Family Reunion

Beautiful home that comfortably accommodated our entire family of 8 adults and an infant. It was great to have pool toys, beach items and games. Great location - close to beaches and parks. The property and hosts exceeded our expectations.

Best place to stay!!!

Our stay was excellent from time of booking to departing. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. The property is just awesome. The hosts are top notch. Quick reply’s and helpful in every way. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when I’m in the area.

Wonderful home, close to Lido & Siesta & Restaurants

Beautiful Home inside and out! Heated pool was so fun morning & night! Great quick communication with the owners! Love the neighborhood, beautiful short drive to both beaches, walking trails 2 blocks away, and nice restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing girls trip stay

We just wrapped up our girls trip and we had an amazing time. Amazing amenities, top notch clean setup, max 10-15 min drive to almost all parts of Sarasota. It was perfect for our group of 8 but it would be equally perfect for families. The hosts were very prompt and easy to communicate with. We will definitely go back anytime and highly recommend to others. Thank you Paula and Roberto for everything!

Family Christmas Vacation in Sarasota

Our family enjoyed a 4 nights/5 days in southern Sarasota to ring in the New Year. Great home for little kids. Heated pool and game room. Kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. We loved it and would recommend to anyone. Not being on the beach was something we sacrificed but the neighborhood is nice and there is a close park nearby. Wonderful restaurants in the area and Siesta Key has a gorgeous public beach.

Amazing.

This home was perfect for a girls weekend. The home is large with so many beds. Large kitchen and living room. Large pool. Perfect location. Within 10-15 mins to airport, downtown Sarasota, and siesta key. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host went above and beyond.

Wonderful in every way! Not 5 star but 6 star accommodation.

This was the best Vrbo rental we have ever had. The owners’ attention to detail was evident with every possible need provided for. The pool was a good size and much enjoyed by all. The beach equipment and pool toys were greatly appreciated. The arcade games and all the others provided unlimited entertainment for all children - and those young at heart! Communication with the owners with questions was consistently quick and easy. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Expectations Exceeded From Beginning To End!

Even before we arrived, we knew that our hosts had gone to great lengths to ensure that we felt welcome and at home, and that our stay would be a memorable one. Before we arrived, they were kind enough to advise us that the previous guests had slightly damaged a door, but that it was still functional and that we wouldn't need to worry about being charged for it. Every inch of the house was immaculate. Our hosts left snacks and water, which was highly appreciated by us and our four teenagers. The game room was perfect for teens, and the adults enjoyed it too. The outdoor lanai was peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was clean and refreshing. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were a great touch; all the luxuries you'd appreciate in a hotel, but you could enjoy them in the comfort of a house. The house had everything two families of four could possibly need, and it was still homey and inviting. We can't say enough about how attentive and responsive our hosts were. Next time we're in Sarasota, we would definitely love to rent here again!

Fabulous stay in Sarasota!

We visit Sarasota often to see family and normally we stay in hotels but this time we wanted to try something different. We were traveling with our three kids who are tweens and our exchange student who is early 20s. This house has something for everyone! We have stayed in a lot of rental homes throughout the country and we all agreed, this one is one of our favorites. You can't really tell from the photos but the layout is really nice. There is a primary suite on one end of the house with an en-suite bath and three other bedrooms at the other end of the house, one with its own en-suite. The open kitchen/dining/family room is very nicely updated, big TV for movie night, a coffee station which was stocked with sweeteners and creamers (which I really appreciate because I hate buying that stuff for a 4 night stay), and a very nicely updated kitchen. The game room was super fun. My kids loved the arcade machine, we did a Bingo night, and they beat each other out in giant Jenga. But the outdoor space in this house is divine. The pool is not huge but there are lots of floats and lounge chairs. The screened in porch is wonderful for sitting out for a meal. Located in a quiet, older neighborhood, this house is only a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, The hosts have provided chairs, buckets, etc for beach-going as well. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby so everything you need is very accessible. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided a lot of information about the house and amenities. They were also incredibly gracious about a snafu on our end that happened on our last day. Long story short, I would absolutely rent this house again. Everyone in our party agreed it was amazing and such an agreement is hard to come by!

Fantastic Stay

We had a group of family (4 adult couples) stay for a family reunion. The property more than accommodated our group comfortably and was perfect for our card playing (both inside and out in the screened porch). Many new memories were made. We had several questions upon check-in and the host was the most responsive I've ever had for a rental property. Great place.

Hi! We're your hosts, Paula and Roberto. We live in New Jersey with our two kids and a dog that all share a mutual passion for traveling and experiencing new adventures. That passion is what brought us to Sarasota.
During our visit here, we fell in love with the beaches, the neighborhood, the restaurants, and the attractions. That led us to search for the perfect tropical escape where we could put down some roots so we could come back and visit. Inspired by nature and tropical living, we decorated this home in the most sustainable way possible, instilling elements that reflect the beauty of the Sarasota beaches in our design choices.

We were also excited to hear it was selected as one of South Florida's top locations for birding & wildlife trails. Our city park offers residents and visitors outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, outdoor fitness gym, ½-mile walking trail, and dog park for our families with four-legged members.
