Great view!

We loved the condo! The view from the porch was wonderful. Walking distance to beach and pool was just right! Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Great Location

Great location for this nice condo at the quiet end of NSB. The owner was very helpful with info, the check-in and check-out was smooth and the condo had everything we needed for our beach getaway. I would recommend the place to friends and family.

Very Comfortable

The living room couches and beds were very comfortable. A great view of the beach and pool. The kids had a great time.

Family time.

The condo was nice and clean and very inviting. It was close to the National Sea shore park, great shopping just north with a yummy breakfast place called waffles and an ice cream place.

Nice place

I enjoyed the property well. The access to the pool and beach were nice. I would have enjoyed a ramp to the beach a bit better than only steps, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Close to several nice restaurants and shops.

Lovely Apartment

Well appointed apartment in lovely location. Sea view and really convenient position for using pool and beach. Comfortable living and bedroom space. Has wash machine and dryer is a great facility to have.

Family getaway

This apartment and complex was very clean and quiet. The balcony provided an excellent view of the pool and ocean (with a sunrise view)! Everyone on site were very friendly. Jennie met us with our entry information and was most helpful. We would gladly vacation in this apartment again.

Great condo on the beach with beautiful. views

We had a mother/daughters get away and this condo met all of our needs. The condo is perfectly located overlooking the pool and beach. The accommodations were everything we were looking for. The condo had all of our needs and we can't wait to visit again. We also suggest Hand Body Soul for a great spa day. The massages and facials were perfect for a relaxing day. The food and views on New Smyrna make this a special vacation!

Vacation

Seaward Condos is a great place to stay. Pool, ocean view, and location is great! We've stayed at these condos for over 20 years and never disappointed. This unit was very clean and amenities were good. Only negative is there were no family games in unit for down time.

Winter escape

This is not our first stay in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, the view from the apartment is beautiful and the beds are firm for restful sleeping. We have met warm and friendly people that we stay in touch with. It is our winter home away from home and will be returning.

Very nice and close to the beach. Appliances are very outdated. Dishwasher did not clean dishes.

Great location needs to be updated with appliances.

Great property and location

Loved our 4 day ladies vacation. Property was clean and maintained. Faces beach and pool. Quiet neighbors. No pull out couch in living area as advertised. Beds all comfortable. No ramp to the beach - only steps No drive beach is wide and clean. Host is very responsive via email. Would stay here again any time!

Seaward was a delight!

We had family and friends, totaling 6, for Memorial Day Weekend. Seward is a perfect location in New Smyrna, if you're looking for a non-driving section of the beach. The condo was in terrific order - very clean with great bedroom layouts for sleeping all guests. The full size washer and dryer is an exceptional and, often unusual, feature in condo rentals in the area. This condo is exactly how it is described. Greatly appreciated all amenities provided by the owner.

Good location but check out time is a problem as i was requested to check out at 9 am.

Property is at excellent location right infront of Beach. Only problem is only on check out date cleaning person came at 9 am , i have to request for extension till 11 but it was not considered.

Great Condo Experience

This place was amazing!! I went with four other friends and we all had a great time. The condo was very clean and came stocked with everything you and your party may need (towels, soap, dishes, appliances, extra sheets, etc.). We loved the close access to the beach, which was never crowded. We also enjoyed the pool/deck area, very clean and nice. The property manager was very informative and made the rental process really smooth. My whole party felt very safe in the area the condo is located. As far as the location goes, it’s only about a 25 minute drive to Daytona, and New Smyrna is definitely less touristy and laid back. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for anyone trying to get away for a relaxing vacation!

Nice place

My family and I enjoyed this condo very much. We had two kids and four adults and all slept comfortably. The unit is updated and nice, you can see the beach and ocean from the balcony , and the pool is just off of the balcony. The unit is steps away from the beach, and the beach was super nice and pretty private. I definitely recommend this unit, one of the elevators were not in working condition, but not the owners fault. We had a little mishap with the digital lock, the lock went dead, but Jennie was awesome and got us a key right away. You won’t be sorry if you stay here, if I am in the new symrna area, I will consider staying here again.

Perfect Safe Vacation get away

With the Pool and safe NO DRIVE Beach only steps away it was perfect for my family. Full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, nice living area and washer and dryer..it was truly wonderful! Seaward is a small complex making getting to the pool and beach with children great. We found the condo very clean and easy to get to from the parking lot and the beach/pool area. Just do not plan on sleeping on the hide-bed. We did bring a blow-up-bed so it worked out just fine. With 6 adults and 2 children we all had a wonderful time. We were able to extent our stay which made everything even better! Thank you Richard and Jennie! Richard's condo is a very comfortable place to stay and Jennie was joy to work with. And YES we are making plans to go back. THANK YOU!

Very clean

Very clean and fully stocked for whatever you may need. 2 downfalls. The pool was freezing and not usable. We had just got out of the shower and someone was on the patio. My husband asked him what was going on. He said painting. Maybe let us know there could be some work going on. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Thank you for your review. October offered the manager to make minor repairs through out the complex, subsequently, progressively a unannounced cosmetic repair and painting was made in the progress of the day off to the corner of my patio.

Beachfront Serenity

Our family of four -- my husband and 23 and 17 year old sons were perfectly happy and at home in this condo. Amenities we're just what we needed, without overkill. Inside the condo is comfy with plenty of space to feel just at home. Unfortunately the weather was such that we couldn't lounge by the pool, but it was very nice with just a few steps down to the beach. And what's really nice about this part of New Smyrna Beach is it is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the resorty party of the city.... No cars on the beach.... Almost residential. Yet, if you want all the restaurants, bars and shops, you're not that far away. About the owner and property manager... Super accommodating and very helpful. My family felt like we were all old friends. Definitely a place to return to!
