Summary:

This Westport Condo couldn't possibly have a better location. Steps away from all Westport. Enjoy an updated 1 bedroom condo with a king bed and two smart tv's The open kitchen features stainless appliances and quartz countertops. We are pet frindly and there is a front yard for dogs. Come enjoy a stay at this Westport Gem!



The Space:

This 650 square foot condo features an open living room with a large LED Smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets with stainless appliances. The bedroom has king bed and another Smart TV. Wifi included.



***In preparation for the FIFA World Cup, the City of Kansas City MO is doing road construction occurring in the front of the building. The building can still be accessed. There could be potential for noise during business hours.

We recommend that you purchase trip insurance either through the website you are booking on, or a separate policy. Requests to alter dates that are within the cancellation time frame are subject to be declined.

The Westport neighborhood is rich in Kansas City history. Numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and art are within walking distance. You'll also be close to Downtown, Midtown and the Country Club Plaza areas!



Getting Around:

If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare and taxi options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a nearby stop.

• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.

*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. TWO PET MAXIMUM. Please inquire with any questions.

***Variations in furniture/furnishings/paint colors could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be of like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail.

***Violation of house rules could cause guest to be asked to leave with no refund.

***While we have high speed Wifi, there is no direct router to plug into.

This is the perfect location for vacation, next to many awesome restaurants, bars, and things to do. As a single woman, I felt absolutely safe and apartment was very clean and water was always hot. I had an issue with the heating due to a sudden cold storm and the mangers resolved it with an hour of me reaching out. The only issue was the floor was a little uneven.

Perfect Location

We spent 2 nights to catch a Chiefs game and enjoy a night in KC.The space is the perfect size and perfectly priced.We were able to schedule a late checkout which was much needed!We’ll definitely be back for another weekend away!

The location was very ideal. The space was cute and felt safe. Despite construction on the road, it was easy to get in and out. The host does not communicate on vrbo - I had a question about check in and never received a response. Fortunately I was able to find a previous email from KC Stay with check in details. The lights in the bathroom flickered, probably just needs a new lightbulb. The house smelled very strong of Fabulouso, so that tells me it’s clean but it was STRONG! Overall, the experience was fine but would like more/real communication. A full body mirror would also be a good addition but that’s just a personal preference.

The area is pretty nice but at the same time, there's lots of sketchy/homeless people that walk through the neighborhood. The building itself if a little run-down compared to the others on the block. There was a carbon monoxide detector on the wall that kept beeping every few minutes because it was low on batteries. I had to take it off the wall and take out a battery to stop the beeping. There was an unused cigar on top of the refrigerator that had not been thrown away which made me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. None of the lamps were plugged in for some reason. Check out is a little early at 10:00AM. Also, the lights in the bathroom really need to be replaced. They were flickering a lot and just looked old. They also needed a lot of information just to get the code for the door like pics of your driver's license and a selfie.

The residence was quaint, cute, and perfect for our needs that night. We were able to relax and unwind after our long day, then shower in the morning (shampoo and condoner were provided, which was a plus). The overall cleanliness of the residence was good, and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door was difficult to open and close and kept getting stuck at the bottom. Further more, the door threatened to pull apart completely each time we opened it, with the front and back coming far off the bottom of the door, then snapping back once it was no longer stuck and catching on the doorframe.
