Great location. Centrally located easy drive to NS or Poipu. Great view. Love that it’s within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace ( really enjoyed the free Hulu Show and Farmers Market) and the bike path.

Location was perfect, walkable to multiple beaches, shops and food. Room was clean and cozy. Beautiful views from the condo and enjoyed the pool.

This place was excellent! It was perfect being centralized on the island. The host was responsive, the condo was clean, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area with the grills was perfect. Sunrises on the balcony every morning was great! The condo manager was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at this condo several times. The view is unbeatable! Love the location of Wailua Bay View condos near Kapa’a. Beach amenities are a plus…chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella and (freeze packs to keep things cold). Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and kitchen amenities. We also enjoy the bbqs to cook our meals. Will definitely return in the future.

We really only need a place to sleep, thankfully.The VRBO ad states the location has AC, and in fact does. However, it’s not going to reach the bedroom. They ask not to use the AC if possible, because it’s expensive. When you do use it, you have to empty the tote of water run off, every AM to prevent it from over filling onto the balcony. This is where issues start. We had to open the windows, to have some air flow. The traffic outside is loud, racing cars, sirens & so on. There clearly is a septic plant very near and the waffling odors of that don’t allow the bedroom windows to be open.We moved the mattress to sleep in the living room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We layered the mattress with pillows to sleep on. But at least we didn’t have to smell poo and we could get cool on the warm nights.They ask not to leave more than two loads of laundry for the keeper. The bedding alone would be two loads honestly, if they are washing the mattress cover and comforter every time ( ohh I hope they are) We were here for 7 days, of course there is going to be more then 2 loads with beach towels, bath towels and the amenities of doing our own. Now we had to do their laundry also. The grounds are beautiful, clean and welcoming. The beach is quiet, and the rental does offer chairs to bring down to the lawn or beach, so that was awesome. The pool was clean and absolutely amazing every evening. The grill by the pool was great and we used it. It was clean, almost brand new.

Excellent view of Wailua bay. Close to everything in Kapa’a. Well equipped with chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and everything you’d need for a week of fun. Enjoyed our stay.

directly on the sea, spacious with flaws

The apartment was well laid out. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and for the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc.). The view of the sea is beautiful. The contact was very nice and someone came over right away. Unfortunately, a main road runs past the house and the noise is quite loud in the bedroom. My main criticism is the extremely unpleasant smell in the apartment: the old carpet, the ancient stove, and the towels stink as soon as they get wet. And when something fell under the bed, I was disgusted by the dirt underneath. The balcony chairs are completely rusted and my clothes now have rust stains. There's no clothes rack.

Peaceful

Loved hearing the waves and the view was very nice. We were so glad for the chairs, cooler, shade umbrellas, beach boards & all the beach supplies. The bed comfortable and it was so nice to have fans throughout the apartment & a/c. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Wialua Bay View is the bomb

Great property right on the Wialua bay. Walking distance to several great restaurants and the best bakery on the island. Centrally located so you can head north to Honilie or south to Poi pu. The sound of the surf puts you to sleep each night and the rooster gives you a wakeup call!

Exceptional View of the Bay hearing the waves

Super clean and well équiped. Lovely to eat on the balcony. Fantastic View and sunrise. 3 relatively small downsides: 1. Slight noise from the street in the bedroom, 2. Outside light forced us to close bedroom soir and 3. Funny smell in the área but not really in the condo. Still very good for value!

Waking up every morning looking at the sunrise over the ocean was amazing. The location is convenient for everything you want to do.

Gorgeous views in great location

This was our second time in Kaua‘i and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The views are breathtaking and the unit is clean and comfy. The third floor was perfect for us since you don’t have anyone above you stomping around. Washer and dryer were really appreciated during our 10 night stay. We brought our own washing detergent but there were also plenty of wash pods available for use. Bedroom faces towards the Main Street which can get quite noisy early in the morning but we didn’t mind that much. Pool looks good and clean - we didn’t use it tho because the ocean is right in front of the door :) The whole complex is pretty quiet, no loud neighbors, no playgrounds or loud kids while we were there. Overall I’d recommend this unit to anyone!
