Perfect hub for our visit to Boston. Super easy check in for our late arrival. Frankie is the best, great food/transport recommendations. The neighborhood/Winthrop are beautiful. Located a short walk from bus stop. Comfortable bedding, well furnished with everything we needed for a short stay. Be prepared for the classic New England stairway at entrance. Could not recommend more highly!

Host responded to messages almost instantly. We had a slight issue when we checked in and the host not only rectified the issue quickly but went above and beyond. The internet was slow at times but that close to the airport it’s to be expected. Over I’d give this place a solid 8/10.

I really appreciate the kind words and you taking the time to write the review. Sorry again for the little mishap at check-in. I take hosting seriously and always try to treat my guests the way I’d want to be treated. I was happy to treat you and your fiancé to breakfast at Jac’s, and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks again!

The property was exactly as it was listed, and the photos were very accurate. Frankie was an awesome host and responded to messages timely. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The Information he provided on transportation and dining was super helpful. We especially enjoyed Cafe Valenciano for authentic Italian cuisine. We drove into Boston, which took approximately 30 minutes and used SpotHero for parking. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the property could use some updating and had an old home odor.

Frankie's place was exactly as advertised! Great little spot for a couple or solo traveler and great location, not far from downtown Boston. We loved the close proximity to the water and even the constant noise of the planes landing and taking off at Logan Airport. We would stay again for sure!

It’s definitely close to Boston and a fun little adventure and experience if you take public transportation. Typically the plane noise isn’t as dominant it is because they are doing some major work to one of the runways and the planes as of now are on different flight paths. Glad you had a nice stay and enjoyed it all!! Thank you so much for being 5 stars

Fabulous location, amazing host, lovely quaint hideaway lodging. Frank was great!!! Kept in contact, made sure everything we needed was readily available, sent us many local recommendations for food, sites and to-do adventures. Property was very quiet, clean and stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen gear. Best vacation we’ve ever been on. Thank you Frank for sharing your space. We WILL be back!!!
