very good location. Great size unit for a family of 4. The main bedroom is perfect for adults and got tv and comfortable bed.Until they mention that they changed the sofa bed matress, I would not consider it a sleeping option. We got an inflatable bed from walmart for our 2 weeks stay and the kids were much more happy.kitchen is fully equiped and we did many meals. Fridge is on the small size for a family so we went shopping more often. Not a huge inconvenient as a walmart and costco are really close.great balcony with view on the beach. The building pools and spas were perfect. Access to the beach very easy and convenient.Parking was also very easy and always had room.great and fast communication with the host company.Yes, the room has some cosmetic issues and might need better cleaning. But some issues took me 30sec to clean with a good all purpose bleach cleaner. There is a wider building issue with some pests that come at night but they seem to be in the process of fixing that. The price for the location and amenities is well worth the minor inconveniences.

Stay far away from this unit. The broken cabinets, doors, holes in the wall were a non-issue for a two night stay. It was the black mold in the bedroom, kitchen and living area that caused us to check out only 45 minutes into our stay. I provided the property manager with photos immediately and kept in close contact via text and here on this platform. They started out as responsive, but have since been ignoring my requests. I am a frequent renter via VRBO, but will try other platforms going forward. We travel a lot between sports tournaments and visiting kids in college.

Upon checkin there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I notified the host immediately and asked to be moved to a different unit as they host many in the area. I got back a snippet of the rental agreement saying "they're not a pest control company" and refused to move me or refund me so i could go doneness else. There was a comment where they said they could send someone to spray the unit. After a dozen emails and tons of frustration someone did come spray the unit a week later. It did not help and there were roaches in the unit the entire months stay. It gets worse believe it or not:A week into the rental scaffolding was put up 20 feet directly below the unit and they started drilling into the building at 9am daily for concrete restoration. When I asked the foreman how long this was scheduled for and when/were the unit owners informed he told me "since last winter". This was not mentioned at all at time of booking. When I again notified the host asking to be moved or refunded they replied back "its an HOA issue not theirs".Big Fish Rentals was the most unprofressional company I've ever dealt with. They refused to get on the phone or call me back and when they would reply to an email or text they wouldn't tell you the name of the person you were communication with. I don't know how they're in business and when contacting VRBO (who did refund the small fee they charged) I expressed they shouldn't do business with this company.

Om værten

Værtens profilbillede
I grew up in the Myrtle Beach region and spent many of my childhood vacations there before relocating here. Growing up in a little town in rural North Carolina, my family would take annual trips to Myrtle Beach, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The pool area's palm trees give it a tropical vibe, which is why I adore Myrtle Beach! My young kid and I also take great care in our condo. I am eager to assist you in having the ideal holiday because I want you to have the best possible time. I can be reached by phone, email, or text messaging.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

When we initially visited, we absolutely adored the condo's view of the beach! Our little one loves the beach and pool area!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The resort offers inside water features such a pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, Jacuzzi, and a beachfront pool deck with an outdoor pool. A dining room table and a full-sized refrigerator, range, and microwave/range hood are included in the kitchen, where you may eat meals in your condo.
