This cozy 1-bedroom (+loft) retreat 25 feet off the ground is designed for you to reconnect with the surrounding nature. Whether you’re strolling through the beautiful woods, hanging out at our converted silo gazebo with a nice fire and enjoying the tranquil sounds of the creek, or playing frisbee golf on our gorgeous 3 acres, this unique escape promises an unforgettable elevated experience.

- Enjoy the seclusion of the Great Smoky Mountains and the soothing sound of a creek flowing through the property while being less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Sleeps up to 4 guests (ideal for couples or small families)
- 1 main bedroom with queen
- Loft area with queen
- Our treehouse is a little over 500 square feet with limited storage

LIVING AND GAME ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Smart TV for Movie nights🎥
- Arcade machine for endless entertainment
- Cozy seating arrangements for up to 4

ACCESSIBILITY:
- This space features a ladder for loft access, which may not be ideal for those with difficulty using ladders
- There are a couple steps to get up to the treehouse but nothing too difficult
- The driveway is a little steep at the top and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended but not required🚘

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
- Stove-top
- Microwave
- Drawer Fridge and ice maker
- The kitchen table is tight, and you will have to move the table a little bit if you are wanting to seat 4

IF YOU HAVE A LARGER GROUP, WE HAVE ANOTHER TREEHOUSE THAT CAN BE BOOKED TOGETHER. TAKE A LOOK AT MY PROFILE OR SEND A MESSAGE IF INTERESTED!

PET FRIENDLY:
- One dog under 50 pounds allowed!
- Bring a crate for when you’re away
- $100 dog fee for the entire stay (please inform us in advance if you are bringing your pups!)

Guest Access:
You will have private access to your Treehouse!

The gazebo amenity space is shared with the other treehouse on the property as well as the disc golf course.

Other Things to Note:
THE DRIVEWAY- It can be a little steep so please be careful when driving. 4X4 vehicle is recommended but not necessary.

The LOFT- If you are not able to climb ladders, please consider another place to stay!

The STAY- you will be sharing the Gazebo area and disc golf course if we have guests at the other Treehouse. The other Treehouse is within viewing distance but also you will have plenty of privacy on the back of the patio and inside!
