Island getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family of 4. The property is located right on the water and have easy access to a private beach and pool. The sounds of the ocean are amazing as you enjoy the fresh air on the lanai and the scenery is beautiful.

A Dream Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Lanikai Condo. The kids had a lot of fun going between the warm pool and beautiful beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, it was walkable to great food, shaved ice and stores. The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer and that the kitchen appliances were all updated. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay and it was better than it even looked in pictures. The unit was lovely and perfectly equipped- lots of water/beach gear and beds were very comfortable. The heated pool and the little beach was perfect for our 15 month old to enjoy and we were pleasantly surprised by the location. You can walk the beach path North a ways and there are plenty of great spots to eat in this location. Plus the sunrise from the huge lanai was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again!

This is the one!

Stop looking and book it already! This place is awesome! From the beach to the pool and the lanai it was perfect for my family. Also great central location to get around the island. You wont regret this place!!

Great location! Spacious rental!

Location ideal! 15 min from airport, 60 min from Princeville, 2 hours to view canyon. Condo has stunning views of ocean, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, easy parking and close to great shopping - Coconut Marketplace. Highly recommended!

Love this condo development

It is small with a great living space and the pool sits right above the ocean. Nice little beach steps from your back door. Walk to Lava Lava Beach Club if you don’t want to cook or drive.

Highly recommend

This unit is spacious, clean, and updated, with perfect views of the ocean. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on the island and will definitely return on our next trip. Property manager was very accommodating and provided helpful activity recommendations which was alll much appreciated!

Fantastic Week in Kauai

My wife and I stayed with another couple and loved everything about this unit. The location was central on the island and we rented a car to go to the towns on the north and south sides. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. It had everything we needed for the week, and the view from the balcony was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise was needed!

5 years since our last visit to Hawai’i and 25 years for Kauai. (Honeymoon). Property was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though there are so many beaches to visit, having your own semi private beach steps away from your condo just can’t be beat. No driving, no packing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

Great property location. Next to coconut mall and Safeway close by. Central to going up either side of island. I was worried about not having central AC but the nightly winds and fans did a great job. We had our college kids with us and there was plenty of space. Place was stocked for all items you would need on vacation. Would stay again!

Great week in Kapaa

Really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this condo. My family and I (wife and two kids) enjoyed the beach and the pool. Views were amazing location was good but we had to deal with some ongoing nearby road construction which made getting out of the neighborhood a bit difficult. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this to other families as well.

Breath Taking

The stay was fantastic the property was walking distance from the coconut market place which had a farmers market twice that week. We got wonderful local produce and cooked at the vacation rental. Everything that we needed was there, beach towels and more beach towels, boards to play in the near by surf, beach chairs, coolers and more. We slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves. A perfect spot to vacation. We loved it
