Beliggende på Kauai smukke Coconut Coast (østsiden), har denne Condo alle de faciliteter, du nogensinde vil have brug for en afslappende og sjov ferie.

Enten tilbringer dagen på den prisbelønnede grund, svømning i den opvarmede oceanfront pool, tennisbaner, grill, kropsurfing i den tilstødende offentlige strand kun 300 meter fra din dør, eller tag en tur på gangsti til en lang række lokale butikker og restauranter ... kun 3 minutters gang til Coconut Marketplace eller Lava Lava Lounge, der tilbyder levende underholdning lige på sandet.

Nyd den omhyggeligt bevarede grund, der omfatter et stort udvalg af tropiske planter, blomster og damme.

Dette kompleks er centralt beliggende, hvilket giver nem adgang til både Princeville (23 Miles) og Poipu (19 miles). Lae Nani was the perfect location for us in Kauai. With the small beach out front and a view of the ocean from the lanai it was the ideal relaxing getaway we were looking for . The little Hawaiian monk seal that was resting on the beach during our stay was pretty neat to see. The condo had everything we needed to cook our suppers at home; but had Lava Lava next door for the days we didn’t want to :) The bike path starts right there and kayaking is a 2 min drive. We’ll definitely be back

A piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful time at this centrally located condo. We were able to explore North and South shores without too long of a drive. Many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nice coastal trail and beaches. Wish we had had a couple more days. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed.

This place is amazing!!! Ralph & Elizabeth, you have an absolutely beautiful place here, especially the grounds of the resort. The pool has a gorgeous view, and the little beach is so perfect for our 3 boys (i.e. tide pool for our 6yo and great boogie boarding waves for our 10-11yo boys). It’s a great location even if you plan to go all over the island, including up to Kalalau Trail in the north and then over to Waimea Canyom to the west. The condo itself is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need. We made great memories here!

Vacation 2024

This unit is simply amazing! The grounds are stunning. We could sit on the Lanai while we drink our coffee and watch the ocean waves. The Hoovers have created a beautiful space with many toiletries in the bathrooms and many condiments in the kitchen. The things that you don’t want to buy for a 4 day stay. We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you!

The Hoover's are absolutely some of the best condo hosts we've dealt with in our many years of visiting the Hawaiian Islands. Ralph's communication is excellent, the entire process is easy and streamlined, their condo is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and such a great location. We will be returning for sure. Eclipse in Paradise

The place was perfect. The views were breath taking. The gardens are gorgeous. The sunrises were amazing. We enjoyed watching the partial eclipse one morning while enjoying coffee. The condo has everything one would need from the cooking supplies to spices to beach toys and towels. Many afternoons were spent at the beach that is a minute walk away. We are already booked for next year! Thank you so much.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our visit to this lovely condo. It is well stocked and nicely appointed. Nice big king bed. Nice views from the Lanai and even when it was raining we could sit out there and still be protected from the rain and wind. It was also very nice to have 2 full bathrooms. We thought it might be hot without AC but it was not a problem. Location is excellent. We walked to the Lava Lava Beach Club, The Coconut Marketplace, Napali Brewing and the coconut coast bike bath - highly recommend!

The set up of this property is ideal. It's so nice to wander out the front and down to the beach. There's a great little restaurant around the corner on the beach. There's a shopping plaza with grocery store walking distance. The unit had everything we needed.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful location

This property is conveniently located to enjoy the beach, food, shopping, etc. nearby in Kapaa. It is also 1 to 1.5 hours from this location to the furthest point north and “south” around the Nā Pali coast. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone visiting Kauai for the first time who is looking to visit each part of the island during their trip.

Wonderful, quiet place with beautiful view.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hoover’s condo in Lae Nani. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Communication leading up and to during our stay was fantastic. Beautiful view out onto the lush grounds and ocean beyond. Nice lanai to sit and have coffee in the morning. Beautiful spot to watch the sunrise just steps away. Plenty of parking right in front. Excellent location for exploring all parts of the island. Highly recommend the short walk to Lava Lava beach club for dinner on the beach and nice live music.

Absolutely gorgeous condo and location!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The condo far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it steps away from the beach, it was immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything you need. Little slice of heaven

This is our 3rd time to Kauai. The location was superb (can get to Poipu in about 30 minutes and an hour to Ke’e Beach. The unit was well stocked with supplies and felt like home. We would definitely would return here.

I did not know our stay would be as beautiful as this condo was. We had an AMAZING ocean view. The amenities available were great with everything we basically needed. Best vacation

We travel a lot and we travel all over the world. We stay in VRBO’s and other home sites and hands down LaeNani soared to the top of our list. Ralph and Elizabeth have literally thought of everything and staying in their dream place made you feel like you were living in paradise. You literally only need to show up with a bathing suit, and some shorts, load the Shaka app on your phone and then fall in love with Kauai. The location, the complex, the beach, the pool, the grounds…perfection. I was very concerned about not having a/c in July, please don’t worry, follow the directions and you will be just fine. Thank you for sharing your place, we can’t wait to come back and see the northern side of the island.
