Direct gondola access through a private underground tunnel — and Main Street a short walk from the front door. This Mountain Thunder Lodge 2-bedroom is built for guests who want to be at the center of Breckenridge without paying for a premium resort address. Stone gas fireplace, heated indoor pool, shared hot tubs, and fitness center on-site. The gondola tunnel alone makes this one of the best-positioned units in town.

Mountain Thunder Lodge connects directly to the BreckConnect Gondola through a private underground tunnel — and Main Street Breckenridge is a short walk from the front door. This 2-bedroom is built for guests who want to be at the center of everything without paying a premium resort address.

The open-concept living area features a stone gas fireplace, plush bedding, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The expansive wrap-around deck delivers panoramic mountain views. Air-conditioning fans are available in both bedrooms and the living room.

In summer: the gondola tunnel puts you on the mountain in minutes, Main Street is a short walk, and Breckenridge's full summer calendar — hiking, biking, festivals, and the farmers market — is right outside the door.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and all Mountain Thunder Lodge amenities — the heated indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, private guest locker room, BBQ grill, and underground heated parking. Guests also have access to One Ski Hill Place amenities including pools, spa, bowling, media room, and shuttle service.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

We give guests their space. If anything comes up — a question about the property, a local recommendation, or a concierge request — we are reachable through the VRBO messenger and respond promptly.

Everything from private airport transfers and grocery delivery to private chefs, in-home spa services, and guided excursions is available through your Gilson guest portal before and during your stay. Browse and book on your own schedule — no phone tag required.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

Our guest portal also includes our full concierge menu: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.

great location, nice stay. confusing to check in process as i wasn't approved until the property company sent another email with needing id's. was able to get information prior to checking in. stay was nice, 2 bedrooms with a pullout couch. location was awesome, 1 block walk to gondola, with a trail right to the condo building. would definitely stay here again if i were to ski breck again.

A great family ski trip to Breck. 10 min walk to the gondola, ski down through the parking lot directly to condo, a short walk to town. The unit was quiet, beds and linen were excellent. Questions were answered promptly. Look forward to coming back.

Clean and Convenient

This unit was very clean and uncluttered which we appreciated very much. The location is also a plus as it is ski-in from the 4 o'clock trail on Peak 8. The bed linens in the master bedroom were above average -- a real plus! However, the unit is overdue for a total refresh as the current condition of everything was disappointing. The check-in process was also delayed as the key cards were not in the lock box per the instructions; however, the property manager responded in a timely manner even after discovering the contact number listed in the description was incorrect. We also had to pay for a property damage waiver which we found unusual as we have never had to pay this fee before. We are responsible adults, so we found this annoying. Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced as we have stayed in nicer units in Mountain Thunder that were less expensive.
