Suite 8402 is the most view-forward two-bedroom — recently upgraded, sleeping 7, with direct gondola corridor views and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Central AC, heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, full-service spa, bowling alley, and movie theater. The right choice when the penthouse is taken — and it usually is.
Suite 8402 is the most view-forward two-bedroom at One Ski Hill Place — recently upgraded, available exclusively through Gilson Group. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mountain and gondola corridor throughout. Step onto the private balcony and the gondola corridor opens up directly in front of you. In summer that means watching hikers and bikers ascend Peak 8 from the most comfortable vantage point on the mountain.
The open-concept living room features a gas fireplace, dining area, and queen sleeper sofa. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for in-suite dining.

Every Gilson Group stay at One Ski Hill includes access to our full concierge portal — private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations.
Guests have full access to Suite 8402 and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities — the heated indoor pool, full-service spa, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, bowling alley, movie theater, billiards lounge, game rooms, media lounge, and private guest locker room. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle provides on-demand transportation anywhere in town within five minutes.
Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.
This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.
A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving and our snowboarding trip. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for our holiday cooking, and the living space was comfortable and inviting. Steam shower was very useful after a all day of snowboarding!The location was excellent, ski in/out and ski valet is a great feature, which made our snowboarding days super convenient. After being out in the snow, it was great coming back to a warm, relaxing place with plenty of room for everyone.The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holiday. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway!
