Guest will have access to the entire apartment. There are two owners closet that will be off limit to the guest. Parking in garage, scan QR Code to pay for parking.

We want every guest to have a smooth, comfortable stay. Please review these important details before booking:

**Guest Agreement**
All guests are required to electronically sign our Guest Agreement before check-in instructions are released. The agreement confirms the terms, policies and temporary nature of your stay. A link will be sent after booking.

**Guest Portal**
After your reservation is confirmed, you`ll receive access to our Guest Portal with property information, check-in and checkout instructions, and other helpful stay details.

**Early Check-In & Late Checkout**
When available, early check-in or late checkout may be purchased through the Guest Portal for $25 per hour. Availability is not guaranteed.

**Booking Age**
The primary guest must be at least 24 years old to book.

**Parking**
Garage parking is available for a fee. Guests must scan the posted QR code to register their vehicle and pay the applicable parking fee.

**House Rules**
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Do not cover, disconnect or tamper with Ring or noise-monitoring devices
• Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance

**Building Amenities**
The community pool is seasonal, typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Building amenities, elevators and other common areas are managed by the property and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather or other circumstances outside the host`s control.
