Discover this beautifully updated lakefront home on Wilson Lake, a hidden gem perfect for families and pets. With 68 feet of direct waterfront access, it accommodates up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms—one on the main floor and a spacious loft upstairs with a half bath. Enjoy stunning lake views from the open-concept kitchen living room area, deck and fire pit. With a private dock, kayaks and paddle boards for adventure, this serene oasis offers the ideal escape on this blissfully uncrowded lake.

Property is CoHosted by KMA Property Group LLC. ( Anca and Mike) who are not on property during your stay, but only a message away! Please don't hesitate to reach out via booking app!

*2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific management approval. One crate provided.

We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.

*There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

*This home is equipped with window air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

*A small boat launch area is available for you to use, not far around the lake, if you want to bring your own boat.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a very nice Lakeside view. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a quiet area but a short car ride to anything you need.

Acton lake house

Great stay, host let us check in a little early. Loved that the house had kayaks and paddle boards to use. Greatfull that the house had AC too. Looking forward to staying again!

A sweet lakefront gem

This home away from home had so many special touches. The best part was the view and access to the lake. Hands down, it couldn’t have been better. We hope to make it back again. Our family all loved it, including our pup. Thank you, Carla and Drew.

Cute cottage!

This cottage is so cute and the location on the lake is beautiful! The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I stayed there mid June and I was unable to enjoy any water activities. I will definitely consider Eagles Landing again for future lake vacations! (Maybe warmer months next time haha)

Amazing!!!

Everything was beyond expectations!! Will definitely be booking again. The only two things is need 2 outside trash bins as 1 was filled up fast(we used paper products) and had 6 people stay the week. 2. Dogs in the neighborhood are not leashed and it was hard to take my dog for a walk without dogs running up to him. But all dogs were friendly! :) thats it! The place was absolutely beautiful and I cannot say enough good things. The neighbors were extremely nice too!! Water was clean and 80 degrees! And its great because its shallow for kids. Great grocery store 15 mins away and Acton trading post 5 mins away.

Always skeptical when there’s only a few reviews and rarely experience a rental exceeding expectations, but let me tell you… this went above and beyond our expectations for a lakeside stay as a water and nature loving family! The communication was impeccable. Anything we were wondering about was proactively answered in the info automatically sent prior to checkin. Myself, my fiancé, our 2 kids (4,6) and 2 dogs stayed comfortably and easily could’ve fit two more adults without issue. All neighbors were very quiet and respectful. The house is nestled is the corner of the lake. The water is crystal clear and you can see all the way to the bottom when the water is calm. The water is around knee deep just off the dock - perfect for our kids to get in and walk around. The sunrise/sunset is breathtaking. Sadly, we didn’t see any fish in the lake besides babies at the shoreline. They had a game cabinet fully stocked which was an awesome surprise. We hope to be able to stay here annually and make it a family tradition. We had so much fun and feel so refreshed!!!

We live on the Seacoast in New Hampshire and although we travel a lot, we LOVE everything NH and Maine. We have a vacation home in the White Mountains where we love to ski and now we have this relaxing spot on Wilson Lake. We are fortunate to be able to have 3 of the bests spots and share the Lake experience with others.
We have been a host in the White Mountains for years but decided we would rather be on the Lake.
This is a new rental for us (no history yet), however, we are not new to hosting. We have had a short term rental property in Jackson NH for years and always maintained a 5 star rating across the board. We take hosting and our guest experiences seriously and personally.
Carla's professional background is in Hospitality and she loves to welcome guests and ensure they have the best possible experience at our homes.

When we decided to sell our short term rental house in the White Mountains, we knew we wanted a lake house. We looked around Maine and New Hampshire for a while but when we saw this spot it was love at first sight. Wilson Lake is a peaceful lake with amazing sunset views that are intoxicating! The community is friendly and open. We didn't want a loud, party lake. On Wilson Lake we can use our motor boat or take a quiet paddle around the lake. This house has great windows that allow the natural light and open views but are also sound proof for a restful nights sleep. The location allows a quick day trip to other amazing spots from Portland, Portsmouth or even the White Mountains. Maine and NH have so much to offer within an hours drive.
There is no doubt you will love this spot as much as we do!

Eagles Landing is cozy, clean, nicely decorated, peaceful and the perfect space for a family (and fur babies) to enjoy lake activities, fire side chats or play the many games we have available. We have 2 paddle boards and 4 kayaks as well as a few lake floats. This house is right on the lake, no steep climb down to the water (which we personally didn't want). There is a brand new dock to tie up your boat and the intoxicating sunsets can be seen from the living space or outside. The large deck and high end grill are perfect for enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer.
