I’ve been to several villas all over the world. The Sun Serenity is top shelf. The location was perfect for our family. It was tucked away in the amazing community of Rum point and walking distance to all of the Rum point amenities. Kaibo restaurant is a must do and only 5 minute drive. Great experience and will be coming back.

Amazing property!

Sun Serenity is truly an AMAZING property……We had the best vacation there! Tracy was very responsive and her assistance with snorkeling charter, spa services and private chef were all great experiences. Thanks again and hope to return soon.

AWESOME HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Clean and well maintained. Nice pool and easy access to the ocean with amazing views to wake up to from all rooms. They even provide two paddle boards and two kayaks

This is a good house, we love hiring the chef for 3 nights, swim out on the beach with the stingrays. The grandkids loved everything

Perfect stay!

We couldn’t have had a better family vacation! The house is absolutely stunning and includes every amenity. The property manager Tracey was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay - she had great recommendations and responded promptly. During our stay she was also available and on top of everything. The house is set up so guests can truly have a carefree vacation and every detail is well planned. A wonderful stay and home that I’d highly recommend!

Girls trip getaway

This house is a dream. Eight of us (all women turning 40) stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The house was stunning, Tracey and her team incredibly responsive and kind, and the views and location perfection. We spent A LOT of time in the pool and on the paddle boards catching up and it was incredibly relaxing.

Beautiful house with all the amenities. Functional kitchen & pantry, large island & dining made for enjoyable meals & game nights. I never knew I needed two dishwashers! The dependable Wi-Fi allowed our son to work a few hours each day.

Fantastic stay!

Our family was fortunate enough to find this Vrbo property about one year ago. We were looking the perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday. Sun Serenity was perfect in every way! Stunning views- close to rum point club- awesome pool and living area. We could not have had a better experience! The host was awesome in communicating. Thank you to the family for sharing your stunning home!

Could not have been better - simply outstanding!

This is a spectacular home in a spectacular location! Unbeatable oceanside view, with a pool as well. Looks brand new, and location is within a quiet community in Rum Point. The property manager (Tracey Kline) could not have been more cordial and helpful. Definitely pay attention to her recommendations for restaurants and activities -- all 5 star. Best family vacation ever!

PARADISE

This property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Every detail of this house is just perfect. Everything, including the spacious private bedrooms, the furnishings, the sports bar, 3rd floor roof deck, the outside pool area, has been carefully thought out. Not to mention, the location of the property is one of the best features. My family stayed during spring break. We truly found a piece of paradise! Cannot wait to go back!!

Can't even explain it! Over whelmed! Wow!

This place is over the top! It's truly heaven on earth. The home is a 3 story beauty perched on a private beach with a crystal clear sandbar steps from the back door. The master suites feel as if your over the ocean. I can't say enough about my stay here. The location alone was worth it. A++++

Great property!

Really incredible property and property manager. Every recommendation was spot on. We had larger group of fam and friends for some big birthdays. Highly recommend property. Note- can’t go right in water as too thick with mud/ seaweed- but can walk through it to get to the sandbar. Would bring water shoes for this jaunt.

The property manager was waiting at the home to welcome us and give us a brief tour and answer any questions. Hurleys grocery delivered our order and had everything in the refrigerators and pantry before we arrived. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so very spacious and comfortable. The 70 foot pool adjacent the white sand beach was incredible. Great outdoor BBQ area. We used the paddleboards and kayaks quite a bit too. Would definitely recommend this house to any family or group! The location is 10/10, the house is 10/10, and we loved being just a 2 minute beach walk away from all the fun, restaurant with beach service, tiki bar, and beach activity at Rum Point! Was also very convenient to have pickup location for fishing charter and catamaran excursion at Kaibo dock just a mile down the road. Bioluminescence bay is just a short kayak paddle along the beach from the house- was absolutely amazing.

Better than the pictures

We were a family of 11 adults and stayed for 3 nights. I did not think it was possible but the home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The tip sheet that we received before the trip was very helpful in making reservations for dinner and planning transportation. We walked to Rum Point for the Thursday Barbeque, did an island Tour with Leon transportation and had a beach day in which we used the kayaks and other water toys available in the home. During our stay we rented scooters to do a short grocery run at Chilsolms grocery store (about 5 miles from the home) and did a larger store run via taxi to Fosters. It was a great trip and we hope to return next year and stay at Sun Serenity again!

Sun Serenity Rum Point Grand Cayman

an outstanding house in a great location - modern clean and well kept very user friendly - 5 minute walk to Rum Point Club for drinks, meals and water sports, 20 minute walk around the point to the best snorkeling in the clearest ocean i have ever swam in - oh and BTW there is a miniature sting ray city 100 yards off the beach from the house where 6-10 sting rays hang out all day - we had 3 catered meals from local caterers and they were fabulous - we pre-stocked the house with groceries delivered from Hurley's and liquor delivered from Jacques Scott - the island is clean well kept and safe - Rum Point area is a very high end neighborhood with very large modern houses and residential and quiet - about 45 minutes to the airport/Seven Mile Beach - but the time is worth it - you are out of the fray of the cruise ships and the high rise hotels - all in all an excellent vacation option

The house was exactly as advertised. We had a few issues with a curtain opener and a water shower that kept loosing power but Wanda was quick to get things repaired. The beach was perfect for our small children, very calm but the water directly in front of the home is filled with sea grass which at high tide is fine at 10am but at low tide at 4pm looks like a soggg bog. Not the best of looks but at least it didn’t smell. The water further out is what you hope for, crystal clear over a white spit of sand. It was the daily home to five large stingrays. On Sunday lots of boats anchor just off our beach in the waist high water to play with the stingrays and party to loud music coming off the back of the boats. Quite a happening place. At least during the rest of our stay it was mostly quiet although everyday there were 2-3 boats anchored for short periods of time just not all day long like on Sunday. Our 14 family members thoroughly enjoyed ourselves overall. We had dinner catered in two nights and the place accommodated us all easily! It created a great family memory.

Amazing!!!

Sun Serenity is everything you think it will be - and more!! We were a group of two families (4 parents and 5 20-year olds) on our annual vacation. We enjoyed this quieter side of the island. The luxuries of the house and the proximity to the water in addition to an incredible jet-ski excursion with Fat Fish Adventures made for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Stingray City and hanging out on the sandbar in front of the house are must-dos. We enjoyed the amenities at the house (dining at home, paddle boards/kayaks, Galaga competitions, pool, bar, etc…) as well as local restaurants for some dinners and cocktails. It was truly a place we could all unwind and enjoy the sunshine and incredibly blue waters. The locals are extremely friendly and Tracey’s suggestions and communications are invaluable.

Vow Renewal For The Movies

The property is as advertised. I was skeptical of the pics and ratings living up to as described but they did. Views were great, house was clean and layout was fabulous. Tracey and company you’ve really outdone yourself. This was probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The only thing that one could possibly complain about is that it is on the other side of the island from 7 mile beach and airport so therefore taxi rides did add up and were not cheap over the stay. I could turn that around and say that is a positive as things were quiet and relaxing.

This trip wasn’t just a vacation, it was a time to come together and celebrate the life of our daughter/sister/granddaughter, Katie, who we lost to breast cancer five years ago (she was 28 years old). Since her passing, we’ve made it a tradition to take this trip, honoring her, remembering her, and continuing to create beautiful memories together in her spirit.From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into our own private piece of paradise. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and filled with a sense of comfort that made it easy to reflect, laugh, and simply be together.The home itself was spotless and so well cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. It provided the perfect setting for our family to gather, share stories, and celebrate Katie in a place that felt both serene and special.What truly made the experience stand out was the host. They were phenomenal—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect from beginning to end.Sun Serenity Villa is more than just a beautiful place to stay, it’s a place where memories are honored and new ones are made. Perfect Family Vacation

We recently spent 5 days with our family of 11- 8 adults and three babies ages 8 months, 1 year and 20 months and had the best time. This home was perfect for our family and had everything you could possibly need! It was fully stocked with coffee, paper products, garbage bags etc. The home is very spacious and all rooms are basically master suites. The babies loved how the pool has shallow ends for them to play. Plenty of beach toys and floats were included! There was a great sandy beach as well right out front. We loved being able to walk to Rum Point Club and Blue Flame to eat and have drinks. The home manager gave great suggestions for drivers, a private chef, massages at the home as well as a yoga instructor. Having groceries and beverages delivered to the home in advance was super helpful too! Justyna was always on standby to answer any questions we had! We will be back next year :) Highly recommend this home !
