The place was the perfect spot for me and my golf buddies! We enjoyed the chipping green, cooled off in the pool and the distance to the beach and other spots was perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had the best experience staying at Family Ties. The property was just as shown in the pictures. It was such a beautiful place with plenty of entertainment. We had 10 people (including 2 babies) and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay and hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Communication was very fast anytime we had a question. They were able to put a fence around the pool for the little ones at no charge. And the complementary golf cart was a huge plus and very convenient. We will definitely book family ties again.

Favorite house in the area!

We have rented many homes over the years in the Jacksonville / Neptune beach area, and this is by far our favorite! So many activities at the house including a heated pool, which was very convenient during our stay. Great location! We cannot wait to come back!

The PERFECT house for two young kids. We absolutely loved the location, yard and all of the fun toys. The house had everything we could possibly need. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Cute place with lots of outside fun. Our granddaughters loved swimming, playing soccer, putting green, and the other many activities that were supplied. The house was very clean and so many extra supplies such as coffee, creamers and other needed items that you sometimes forget. Each bathroom had a hairdryer. The beds seemed to be newer and comfortable which is a plus.

Spring Break getaway

This property was an amazing place for our family to stay. The property has such wonderful amenities we barely wanted to leave, but, when we did, the beach, shopping, and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. A great vacation rental!

Great stay!

Well remodeled home and very clean! House manager was extremely responsive. Pool and game room was perfect for kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Time

This property was absolutely perfect! The home was so clean you would think it were brand new! There was plenty of room for our large family and so many amenities in the property that we didn’t leave except to go to the beach! We will definitely be back in the years to come!

A Perfect Vacation House

We spent 3 weeks at this lovely home for an extended vacation and loved it! Super clean, great attention to detail - from the fully equipped kitchen to providing extras like coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We had so much fun in the pool and playing games. Very convenient to the beach, fishing and golf. Highly recommend. *If you have a dog, Tall Pines Park just a few minutes drive away is lovely and shaded.

Best house EVER!!

The Family Tides home is absolutely amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful décor to the backyard oasis and garage full of toys, everything about this place made our family trip unforgettable. The house is spacious, but we barely spent time inside because the backyard was that good. The heated pool, large table, and oversized TVs created the perfect hangout spot for enjoying football, relaxing, and spending quality time together. On top of all the fun amenities, the house is thoughtfully stocked with essentials like laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and even coffee—which made everything so convenient. We truly had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

This was an outstanding beach house for a family vacation!

The house had a very cozy and clean comfortable beach vibe going on within and a spectacular yard full of fun for the whole family! Games inside of a garage out back like ping pong, a two person shoot match style basketball game with a digital counter, mini football field the little ones, and putting green. The pool at night was super nice and heated up in no time while at the same time everyone was able to enjoy tv under the barn style patio lit up with string lights. We very much enjoyed our stay and will always use Welcome Home Rentals as our go to when planning a vacation!

Great Stay!

The house was better than advertised! Super responsive host. Wish we could have stayed longer. We loved everything they had on site- the pool, chipping green, and awesome game room! The mini football field is super cool too! The house was clean, organized, and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels and a wagon. Hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect spot!

Wonderful rental for our family! When we weren’t at the beach, we spent most of our time in the backyard which has the perfect setup for an energetic toddler - he loved collecting golf balls, running up and down the sandtrap, and the tanning ledge was the perfect size and depth for him to splash, play, and gain confidence in the water. Inside, I really appreciated that guests were provided quality goods and the little things that are often overlooked in rentals were available. Shout out to: quality pots and pans, sharp knives, storage containers for leftovers, full sized laundry detergent, ample beach and bath towels, and extremely comfortable beds. Overall, you can tell an investment was made to make guests comfortable and feel at home during the stay.

Amazing!

Everything was as listed... Very clean! Close to everything. Only issue we had was the pool lights would come on during the morning and shut off at 8:30 pm. Timer need to be rest to allow the lights to stay on later into the night. We will work with "Welcome Home" again!

Fantastic!

The house was amazing and close to the beach. Everything in kitchen was labeled so you knew where kitchen utensils were without having to figure out for your self. The beds were all super comfy and the house was spotless. The back patio and yard space was the most fun! You had fake golf course grass and a putting green. Nice heated pool that is great for this time of year. Heaters on the patio that could be used if it is chilly out and 2 big fans can be used if hot out. Separate garage with fun basket ball game and ping pong table. There are several other games to play as well. They also have tons of beach chairs. We used the outdoor Weber grill quite a bit and it worked very well. We spent most of our time out back. There are plenty of tv’s throughout the house and in bedrooms as well as in the garage game room! This is a great place if you have kids and want to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
