Edgewood/Candler Park is on the Blue and Green Line. There is a surface parking lot on the DeKalb Avenue side of the station with free daily spaces. No overnight parking. Inman Park has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections.

Conveniently located in the Candler Park/Lake Claire area, studio is perfect for business travelers or vacationers. House is off of Dekalb Ave (located near train tracks and Marta line), access to property is through the alley behind the main house on Dekalb Ave.

This is a studio apartment in close proximity to neighbors on all sides so not a place for someone looking to make a lot of noise (ie playing loud music esp at night). Inconsiderate behavior to your neighbors will not be tolerated. Please consider this before deciding if this apartment will be a good fit for you.

This apartment doesn't come with any reserved off street parking. If you have a vehicle you will need to park on the street ( there is always plenty of street parking available Casson or Mathews).

No private parking included on property. Do not park in alley or resident parking spaces. Street parking only.
Any smoking inside will result in forfeiture of security deposit and possible eviction!
This is a studio in a 4-plex with neighbors close on all sides so this is NOT a space for someone who likes to make a lot of noise or who likes to play loud music etc at night.
