Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but do require one or two windows to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units. ❤️ This is a cat- and dog-friendly home, up to two pets max! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, plus toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Safety and Security: To maintain the well-being of our guests and the security of our homes, we may incorporate security devices such as Ring Doorbells or sound level monitoring. These cutting-edge devices are designed to enhance security while minimizing any potential privacy concerns. It is important to note that there are never any video devices inside any of our homes. **The property is equipped with four security cameras to monitor the exterior while it is vacant. The first camera covers the south side of the yard, the second monitors the northwest side, the third is focused on the west side, and the fourth observes the northeast side. These cameras will be turned off during the guests' stay in the house.** Guest Presence: The guest who makes the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Upon check-in, we request that you present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.
