•Amazon Echo: For your convenience and entertainment, the Echo is located in the kitchen and must remain in the home.

•Violation of any golf cart rule will result in a $500 fine.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.



Golf Cart Quiet Hours



Please be respectful of our neighbors.

To help maintain a peaceful neighborhood, the golf cart may not leave the garage after 10:00 PM. If you plan to use the golf cart in the evening, please depart before 10:00 PM.

You are welcome to return the golf cart to the home after 10:00 PM. This policy only applies to departures from the garage.

The golf cart is equipped with a backup alarm that emits a loud beeping sound when reversing. Late-night departures can easily disturb our neighbors, and we kindly ask that you help us minimize unnecessary noise during quiet hours.
