2) Self-parking in the adjoining structure (Hobron Ln) - $5/30 minutes or $33/day, with in-and-out privileges
* Conveniently, there’s a bus stop and Biki bike-sharing service just outside the Ilikai Building
* Easy pick-up and drop-off for Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available 24/7
* Island Car Rental, Hertz Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Hawaii Jeep Rental are all located within walking distance
CHECK-IN: 3 PM. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with keyless smart lock. Each guest will receive a unique code.
CHECK-OUT: 11 AM. Late check-out available for a fee.
QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 7 AM.

* Easy pick-up and drop-off for Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available 24/7
* Island Car Rental, Hertz Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Hawaii Jeep Rental are all located within walking distance
SECURITY: Available 24 hours (on-site).
LAUNDRY: Located on the 8th floor. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily. Payment via credit card and PayRange app.
MANAGEMENT ACCESS: The building occasionally requires entrance to units for routine pest control/maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). The schedule is set by building maintenance. The choice to be present or not is yours. Owner/Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs. You will be notified of any maintenance/repairs being done during your stay.
Please keep in mind that this building (Ilikai Marina) contains condos that are privately owned. This is not a hotel. There is no pool or extra amenities on-site.
Balcony will be closed and inaccessible from 02/09/26 - 03/20/26 (tentatively) due to sealant, paint and waterproofing project. Spalling repair on the opposite end of our condo building is currently being performed until 12/31/2025 (tentative). Occasional noise may be present due to ongoing construction work. Please inquire if you have further questions.
