Welcome to our newly renovated vacation rental in Sedona! Located in West Sedona, enjoy stunning red rock views and easy access to top hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Only 2 minutes to Whole Foods and Posse Grounds Park, and 10 minutes to trailheads like Cathedral Rock and Devil’s Bridge. This modern home offers a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and free parking. Experience the perfect base to relax, explore, and enjoy all that Sedona has to offer!
1. **Quiet Hours:**
- Sedona is a peaceful community, and we ask that guests respect **quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM**. Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared spaces or near neighbors.

2. **Noise Consideration for Downstairs Unit:**
- There is a **separate living space downstairs** that serves as another rental unit. Please keep noise to a minimum while walking or talking in the living room and kitchen, especially **after 9 PM**, to respect the privacy and comfort of those below.

3. **No Parties or Events:**
- To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, **parties and events are not permitted**.

4. **Fire Safety:**
- Due to fire restrictions in Sedona, **no outdoor fires or fireworks** are allowed. Please be mindful of fire safety during your stay.

5. **Wildlife and Trash:**
- Keep Sedona’s wildlife safe by ensuring all trash is placed in secure bins. **Do not leave food or trash outside overnight**.

6. **Water Conservation:**
- Sedona is in a desert area, so please help **conserve water** by limiting shower time and reusing towels where possible.

7. **Hiking Gear and Red Rock Dust:**
- After hiking, please remove **boots and gear** before entering the home to avoid tracking in red rock dust. We have a designated area for gear storage.

8. **Parking:**
- Parking is available in the driveway. **Street parking is not allowed** in many areas of Sedona, so please use the designated spaces.

9. **Hot Tub Use (if applicable):**
- The **hot tub hours** are from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area for safety reasons.

10. **Smoking Policy:**
- This is a **non-smoking property**. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.

11. **Pet Policy (if applicable):**
- We allow **up to 2 pets** with prior approval and a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.

12. **Check-out Procedure:**
- Check-out is by **10 AM**. Please leave the house tidy, place all trash in bins, and lock the doors before you depart.

13. **Leave No Trace:**
- When exploring Sedona’s natural beauty, please follow the **Leave No Trace principles** and respect local wildlife and the environment.
