Very well stocked including plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products that often are lacking in rentals. Great communication for any questions

What can I say, but Wow! Really nice place and location, good communication with the host, and check-in/out was simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fort Lauderdale home! The house was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. The interior was well-maintained, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights was definitely the pool. Having a private pool right on the water was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent so much time outside taking in the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful setting.The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale and would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful property, views, and overall cleanliness of the home. Asim the owner was excellent, and very responsive to correcting a couple minor issues while we stayed there.

Excellent Property

This was an excellent property and a perfect location. The host was very responsive with any inquiries both before and during the trip. We would stay there again. High recommend!

Great house

House was a good size and had a nice pool. Tons of kitchen gadgets and basics (spices, pantry basics, condiments). Pool was small but nice.

We rented the house bc of the pool which we were only able to use it 1 day because pool had a hole in it. And after being patched and refilled the chemicals were way off. So that gave us 1 day out of 6. All the drains backed up which left us without toilets all day and had to wait for a plumber all day to arrive and fix the problem. Asked plumber what caused it and he said “It’s a rental it’s common “. Then the host tried accusing us of flushing feminine products but that was physically impossible since no one in the house uses them.

Our number one priority is to make sure each and every guest is properly accommodated and setup for the most wonderful and memorable stay. That is the sole purpose of us reaching out to you throughout your stay. Our recent and past reviews speak for themselves. Our intention was not to accuse you at all but to point out, and to make sure to carefully follow signs posted in our bathrooms, along with check in instructions "Not to throw anything but toilet paper down the drains". Toilets were clogged on the last day of your 6 night stay, which was a bit strange, but we treated it as an emergency and had it repaired same day, and with all the clear evidence provided by the plumber, we had no choice but to pass that information on to you. We are sorry you felt like you were accused. As a courtesy we also did not charge any service fee or penalty even after all the threats were made of a bad review. The pool was drained on the first day of your stay, due to being tampered with, but we had it fixed within the hour. Once again, as a courtesy we did not charge a service fee or accuse of any sort. We understand the policy that "the guest is always right", but when a guest tries to take advantage of a host, for a simple discount, we do not think that is fair by any means. Other Hosts please be aware of this guest!

I rated it wrong 3 stars is what I rate it.Our host Azim, was very attentive. I give him 10 stars. I am giving it 3 stars only because our host was so good. Otherwise it would only be 3 stars.Here are the pros to our 1 month stay.The house is very nice. Furniture was nice but well worn.The neighborhood is very old but well kept, quiet and safe.The neighbors are all very sweet.It is conveniently located to shopping.It is close to Lauderdale by the Sea and beaches.It was clean, but the floors and appliances need some extra cleaning attention.Pool was nice, the back porch area was really nice to have.Now the cons:For the price of this rental, I had high expectations that our comfort would be first class. But that was sadly not the case.1 set of sheets per bedroom.Bedspread/comforters are in much need of replacement.Towels and washcloths are very stained and worn.The shower heads are terrible. Please add a hand held to them.Appliances (toaster) was so nasty I didn’t use it.Coffee maker so advanced I couldn’t use it.Dishes were embarrassing. Nothing matched, I cut my lip on a chipped glass that was in the cabinet.Cooking utensils were adequate but they didn’t have any baking pans. We could not adjust our thermostat, which we finally gave up on and bundled up or down depending on the day. We got tired of calling our host to adjust it for us. I probably would not stay here again unless the above cons were addressed.

Clean, Comfortable, and close to everything!

Rented this home for a vacation with some freinds/family for the location to the bars, restaurants and Casino. Was easy to get around town to what we wanted to do. Home is well appointed and clean. Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Private pool was great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacation rental. Host was quick to respond and pleasant! Will def return if available next time in Lauderdale. Had a blast!

Great Place and even Better Host

House was exceptionally clean, well appointed and convenient to everything. Loved the pool and canal views. Nice perks included the coffee maker (with supplied coffee), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, beach chairs, among other things. What made the experience truly exceptional was Asim. Communication and follow through was immediate. Asim really went over the top to ensure all needs were met. I was incredibly impressed with the personal contact (call and text) that I received from Asim to ensure that he/we had all the basis covered for our stay. I would certainly stay in this property again. Great experience all around.
