We absolutely loved our stay! The first-floor location was so convenient, and the condo was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed, including bikes and beach essentials. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch with its beautiful marina view. The easy access to the beach club was another big plus, and we loved that we could bring our pet with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Large, spacious, clean condo with a beautiful view of the marina. We loved the screened in patio as well! Also thank you for being pet friendly :)

Everything about this property was great! The condo was beautifully decorated and the screened porch was a wonderful gathering place. The use of bicycles and beach chairs was much appreciated! The locked storage room was very handy to store fishing rods too! It was thoughtfully stocked in every way from nice hand soap in the kitchen and every bathroom, down to just the perfect spices that anyone would need in the kitchen. Dishes and flatware were also very tasteful and nice. We loved this condo and highly recommend staying there!

Mariner Way

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariner Way. The accommodations were very nice and as much, if not more than expected. Views were equally impressive. Would definitely come back. ITrip was also very responsive to any issue that came up and were very professional to deal with.

Property is very nice - well equipped, awesome views, great location. Make sure to walk the path around the marina and see the boats and homes. This property is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. We really enjoyed our stay. The only note - the refrigerator will warm up quite a lot when you first put in your room temp groceries. After about 6-8 hours - then inside temp will come back down and it operates as normal. Freezer is great. The bikes and chairs in the supply closet are great. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. I’d stay here again - and probably will soon!

We had a wonderful time. Love the view, so relaxing. Nice long walks along the marina and adjacent neighborhoods. Maui, our dog, also gave it a 4 paws up review. Hope to be able to return sometime in the near future.

Comfortable, lovely, and clean

The location is perfect for a stay in St. James. It is easy to walk to Beacon 315 (a fun little marina side grill), short drive (or long walk) to Waterway Park, and easy drive to dining, shopping and the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, with well thought out amenities, great view, and very clean.

Great week at St. James Plantation

Our family really enjoyed our week at the condo we rented at St. James Marina. The condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy the weather and water views of the marina. We really appreciated all the seating that was available on the porch. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Immaculate and roomy

This condo is VERY nice. It is clean, nicely furnished and has lots of room. More towels would be great-we got one towel per person for a 3 day stay. Otherwise it was awesome!

Wonderful condo with an amazing marina view! A wonderful view to start your day with your morning coffee and breakfast along with comfortable furniture! Beds were very comfortable! We loved getting our morning walk on around the marina. Then to the beach in the afternoon and was able to use the beach club for bathrooms and changing area along with the showers to remove the sand! The condo had everything we needed for our day at the beach! We cooked a couple of days in the condo and the kitchen was equipped with all the cooking supplies that we needed. It was also nice a couple of evenings to walk to the restaurant at the marina! The food there was amazing! The communication with the host was excellent and had a fast response with any questions we had! Condo was clean and loved the decor. The only suggestion we would make is that we needed more towels and wash rags and dish towels. We had 6 towels, 6 wash rags, 3 hand towels and 3 bath mats and 1 dish towel. No dish rag. The beds sleep 6 people so that would make washing a load of towels every day if you had 6 people in the condo, we only had 3 people so it worked for us with washing the towels every other day. Only a suggestion!!! We would definitely stay at this condo ago if we were to come back to this area! Thanks

Unit was just as described and photos do not do it justice. Decor beautiful with thoughtful, upscale furnishings. Very spacious and would be great for three couples (3 bedrooms and 3 baths) or larger family. Layout provides privacy for all and common areas allow everyone to relax. Great communication before arrival and one very, very small issue was immediately addressed within a very short period of time (same day) by onsite property management. The arrival "welcome goodie bag" was extremely thoughtful and just what we needed for our first night! Location of unit was great for wonderful views or walking by the harbor and having a meal or drink at Beacon315.
