We truly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Southport and Oak Beach. We were comfortable in our very spacious, first floor living, wheelchair accessible. and Our host was responsive and charming when I reached out to her. We enjoyed going into town and visiting the shops, the private beach/pool and restaurants made for a perfect getaway.Golfing was for members on property, there were beautiful golf courses nearby just as our host informed me. Thank you Kimberly.

Kimberly was a wonderful host! She communicated with me the entire trip and was very friendly and kind! The condo was clean and the description of the condo was exactly what it says. St. James Plantation was beautiful however it is about a 25 minute drive to the beach due to it taking 10 minutes to just get to an exit at the plantation which was not fully described in the description. We still had a wonderful stay and will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The condo was all clean and had updated furniture which nice to see as we’ve been coming to St James for years and the villas aren’t new developments. It was lovely to sit out on the screened patio in the nice rockers and enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the club course. We would definitely come back to this villa. Thank you to the host - Kimberly
