The property is divided over 4 floors and accommodates up to 10 people. When you arrive, you’ll enter via a key code shared prior to arrival. The first floor offers a bedroom with queen over queen bunk bed + private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washer/dryer, and garage access.
When you reach the second floor, to the right is a fully stocked kitchen, seating for 11 and a balcony. To the left is a living room with a large sectional and a 65” TV.
The third floor has the master bedroom (king bed) + private bath, another guest room (queen bed), and full-sized guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The fourth floor boasts a guest room with a king bed, a bar cart/arcade game area, and access to the rooftop deck with views of beautiful Lookout Mountain. The rooftop deck provides a large seating area, fire pit, propane grill, and string lights.

All bedrooms are equipped with a memory foam mattress, buttery soft bedding, full length mirror, dresser, 50” smart TV, noise machine, closet space + luggage rack, and blackout curtains. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, linens, and a hair dryer.

An iron and ironing board is available on the first floor next to the washer and dryer. Laundry pods are provided for guest use. A steamer is located in the master bedroom closet for guest use.

The kitchen is stocked with Keurig Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, single serve coffee pods, cream + sugar, and hot chocolate single serve pods. We also provide olive oil and spices for your use and soap (dish, hand, & dishwasher).

We are a shoes off property and kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entry.

Guests have access to all 4 levels of the home, the rooftop deck, 2nd floor balcony, and garage.
